We have just made a new kitchen and bathroom reform. All renovated and new with a totally rustic and cozy style.

It is a charming house located in a privileged environment as the Sierra Tramuntana. From the house and a few kilometers away you will find towns such as Valldemossa or Deià with their typical markets and their peculiar beaches.

The house is rented according to the people who want to stay as it has the possibility of expanding rooms as needed. The house can be rented partially or completely.

House with pool 1 room: Ideal for couples or couples with two children.

House with pool 2 rooms: Ideal for families with 4 children, two couples with two children each couple or group of 8 people.

House with complete pool with three rooms: Ideal for groups of 10 people.

Supplement of € 35 per person / day from the 6th tenant. Maximum 10 people.

The house is near the village where the services supermarket, pharmacy, medical, veterinary, greengrocers, restaurants etc ... Southeast facing with sun all day, hiking, adventure sports, mountain biking, spectacular roads to practice cycling.

In the same building we can live with chickens, turkeys and other farm animals that will make your children enjoy differently, plus a garden where planted tomatoes, eggplants, peppers and watermelons.

The rustic house is located on the farm Na Servera. It is the right place to enjoy a peaceful stay in contact with nature. Our philosophy has been to create an idyllic place where all visitors have the opportunity to appreciate the relaxed atmosphere we breathe here, whether couples, families with children or people interested sports in the natural environment.

We are approximately 2 km from the village of Esporles (Mallorca), which you can access by car in 5 minutes or walking in about 15-20 minutes. We are also only 15 km. of the city of Palma (about 20 min drive).

Our farm is located in an area surrounded by mountains, south-east and sunny throughout the day. Both sunrise and sunset are breathtaking ... Find many special corners to discover both the farm and its vicinity, these places easily accessible, even with kids, if we like hiking.

We are in the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site by Unesco, geographical location of the farm allows us, in a very advantageous manner, enjoy absolute tranquility having to turn very close, in the village of Esporles, in the city of Palma, all the services we need.

Different rental options have been designed to meet the needs of all our visitors, whether traveling alone, with family, families, groups, etc ...


If you choose to rent the rustic house must take into account that there are two more houses in the same building and can be occupied on the dates requested reservation. However, the two houses have their interior and exterior spaces delimited and are independent of each other.

When the rest of the houses are rented farm pool is shared with all tenants.

The pool belongs to the farm so it is not exclusive to a house.

We remind travelers who choose to rent the main house, misuse of facilities, abuse of power output without cause it involves an additional cost will be charged the deposit or require the customer.

We are all aware that energy saving is a common benefit.

The house lights will always be used as the customer remains on the property. If not, the owner can access the house to turn it off.


We remind travelers that the authenticity of this farm lies in its location in a pure and natural environment, perfect to disconnect and that is a place that can be accessed well but at the same time purely rustic and in the mountains, which is different to the typical luxury tourist materialist villa.

Go straight down this street (CarrerNou of San Pere), we arrive at a small square we will leave to the left, again following indicators 'Son Cabaspre'. We come to a bridge that is right and to be crossed. We get back to the right after the bridge and continue straight to the farm (Finca Na Servera), which is on the right at a distance of just over 2.3km from the Church.


We are in Esporles in the Sierra de Tramuntana de Mallorca. This small village, located 12 km from the capital of the island, Palma, retains all the charm of the towns of life, despite being just 20 minutes drive from the city. The tranquility and sense of warmth envelop the whole villa, making their visitors feel at home and want to return as soon as possible. Walking around around, we found their walk downtown, cozy cafes, people sauntering ... in short, a most welcoming environment that invites further slowly discovering hidden corners in the village.

If we move forward, we'll end up in front of the majestic church, and right next to see its picturesque Town Hall Square, with a beautiful figure in the middle representing the figure of the payesa typical of Mallorca. Getting into their anonymous streets, we shall find magic spots where one could perfectly imagine living forever.

Structurally, Esporles is divided into 2 parts: the Vilavella and vilanova. The Vilavella, as its name suggests, is the oldest part of town, where they began building the first houses, typical Mallorcan stone-clad houses, and where the proximity to neighbors to form a united and almost family community. The vilanova corresponds the most modern and new part, a symbol of expansion and growth of the people during the last decades.

Esporles, which currently has counted about 4 000 inhabitants, has a fascinating history and many attractions, making it a place of the most interesting. It preserves important archaeological sites, which are proof of the existence of ancient peoples and cultures living in the area. In the natural cave Canet, they have been located remains of the earliest settlers of the present municipality of Esporles, before the Talayotic period. These have been considered by some the oldest remains that show the human presence in Mallorca (about 7000 BC).

Among his most notable festivals are the Festes de Sant Pere, ranging from 23 to 30 June, and Dolça Fira, which takes place in early October. The Festes de Sant Pere kicking off the season of summer festivals on the island. In Mallorca the festivals celebrated in different towns are well known, and typically roam around during the summer months. In Esporles you can enjoy recreational and cultural activities that take place throughout the entire week, and where all the neighbors involved. From dinners in the street to street parties with live music, games for children, exhibitions, cultural events, outdoor cinema ...

Moreover, the Fira Dolça is a sample of products sweet typical of Mallorca. This fair, which has been becoming increasingly popular, is held in early October.

Charming and pleasant country house

We came with a group of friends who stayed in this small cottage, while we stayed in the house next door, bigger. The experience was most gratifying for the whole group. Charming house, incredible views of the Serra de Tramuntana, a very interesting hiking trail nearby ... villages, gastronomy and friendly people. Lovely salva and Maria. We will be back!

Nice, simple and quiet place in Esporles

The house is a simple place with the necessities you need. It has a good location for hiking and visiting the villages/cities in the Serra de tramuntana. We were there for 12 days and enjoyed the secluded location. The owners Salva and Maria are very friendly and relaxed and we found the vacations we were looking for:-)

Less than expected

We stayed in this small house during May with our family. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Overall hygiene was not satisfying: hair and moss in the shower, sticky floor in the kitchen, extremely old and used mattrasses in the sleeping rooms, the pool and the surrounding area was not clean as well. Construction tools and sharp objects were laying around in the garden - dangerous for children. Inside the house, furniture and kitchen equipment is scarce. Not enough dishes and no stove to cook on - only a tiny gas cooker. The landlords are polite, but we are still waiting for our deposit, which they promised to transfer to us months ago. All in all, we cannot recommend to rent this accommodation and we would certainly not go there a second time.

Owner's Response: Possibly this comment is because you have not returned the deposit to the customer. If the deposit is not returned to the customer it is possibly because it has been treated badly the house and have spoiled some closet or part of the house. The house is perfectly and meets the requirements set by the regulations of Ministry of Tourism of Mallorca . The house has a kitchen and all its utensils , bathroom newly renovated , sun beds, sheets and fresh towels . You think you have the wrong house. I am sorry.

Relaxing weekend

My family and I decided to spend a weekend of hiking in Mallorca and we can say that we are very happy to chose stay at this house, the house is in the same Sierra de Tramuntana, allowing you to start walk from the house and also enjoy the tranquility of the area only a few kilometres from the town. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend 100% to all the people who likes the nature.

The farm is an ideal place to enjoy a holiday in the countryside, alone or with family, very special environment to go with children. The village of Esporles, 4000 inhabitants and two kilometers from the house, has all the necessary services and has a special charm, with several interesting places to visit and good restaurants if you want to eat one day off the farm. In the village you can also find a home shop packed lunches if you do not feel like cooking.

The Sierra de Tramuntana is a very special for hiking, horseback charming, running, mountain biking and any mountain activity, besides being very close to the beaches and charming villages like Deia place.
