This is a modern and peaceful 1st floor apartment with free secure underground parking and WIFI in the heart of Edinburgh's old town. Located just a few steps from the Royal Mile and the majority of visitor attractions, this apartment would suit families and groups of friends looking to experience Edinburgh's culture and heritage.

Excellent shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy reach and Waverley Train Station is approximately a 5 minute walk. The airport bus also stops at Waverley station.

Walkable attractions include: Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, four museums, Whisky Heritage Centre, Dynamic Earth, Arthur's Seat/Salisbury Crags (Edinburgh's wee mountain-see photo!), Fringe Festival, Camera Obscura, Grassmarket, The Scottish Parliament, Princes Street.

The comfortably furnished and well equipped apartment can sleep up to six people by way of additional sofa bed in the living room. There is also a cot and high chair available for families with small children.

The apartment facilities include:

Living room: TV, i pod dock, wifi internet, dining table with four chairs, high chair, two sofas (one sofa bed), iron and board.

Kitchen: Gas hob and double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, plates, cups, pans.

Bathroom: bath and shower above bath.

Bedrooms: mirrored wardrobes, cot.

So Convenient Great Host

Four of us stayed at Keith's wonderful flat for six nights. We had almost all the comforts of home. Keith was an extremely accommodating host. Quickly responded to any concerns and went beyond in many ways. I would happily recommend this property. Thanks Keith greatly appreciative.

Perfect for four.

Nice clean and cosy. It was perfect for us. It has all you need when you travel, most in winter. Really close to the Royal mile (30 steps) and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Keith was extremely kind to us. Thank you Keith! We love Edinburgh!

Super appartement très bien situé

Tout était parfait dans l'appartement: aménagement, équipement, litterie et situation idéale. A 2 minutes de la Royal Mile.

Nous avons été accueilli par une amie du propriétaire de manière très sympa.

Keith s'est gentillement chargé de nous réserver le taxi pour le retour à l'aéroport.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille.

Fantastique appartement à Édimbourg!

Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin de Québec et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans l'appartement le temps que Keith fasse le ménage.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Nous sommes restés 6 jours. Il est situé tout près de tous les services que nous avions besoin: restaurants, autobus, quartier historique, boutique, musées, épicerie. Tout est accessible à pied.

L'appartement est très propre et tout ce que nous avions besoin fonctionnait bien: cuisine, salle de bain et douche, télévision (pour regarder la coupe du monde), etc.

Édimbourg est une magnifique ville et nous n'avons pas eu assez de 6 jours pour toutes la visiter.

Je vous conseille cet appartement sans hésiter et Keith saura vous accueillir adéquatement.

Il est situé dans un secteur tranquille et à distance de marche du vieux Edimbourg. Je le recommanderais fortement à quiconque veut passer un bon séjour à Edimbourg."
