'Los Alamos” is a lovely villa located on beautiful Lake of Iznájar. Renovated for 2014 it has 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with stone fireplace, kitchen, porch, patio with barbecue, small Mediterranean garden and large swimming pool overlooking the lake. All the rooms are surrounding the large swimming pool as an ancient roman atrium.

It has an excellent location enabling you to visit the most touristic cities of Andalusia in a 50 minutes trip and It is perfect for a family vacation, a couples retreat, or a place to gather for friends.

Beautiful Villa

Very peaceful and rural Villa, If you want to get away from it all, this is the villa for you. Stunning scenery, Beautiful villa and fantastic pool. There is a large Carrefour at Lucena we found about half an hour away or a smaller supermarket in Rute. Manuel showed us around and looked after the pool for us. He was really helpful and friendly.

This is a great place to stay.

What an amazing place. A fantastic country house which had all that we were looking for: big swimming pool, privacy, capacity for the whole family, garden, lake views, barbecue (that is in the courtyard behind the house) and of course WiFi for the children. The open kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, gas cooker, electric oven, electric coffee machine, italian coffee machine...

Our budget was tight and finally we opted for this villa due its competitive rates. Overall we really enjoyed our vacation and will probably come back again.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

+ In peak season (July and August) We only rent from Saturday to Saturday, Otherwise we charge the whole week. This is due to 90% of our enquiries are to arrival on Saturdays.

+ The check-in must be after 14:30, and the departure time should be before 10:00.

+ Taxes, electricity, gas, firewood, final cleaning and bed linen and towels are included in the price written in the advertisement.

+ The house has gas-oil central heating that can be switched on upon request for 1.5€/hour.

+ A 100€ breakages deposit is taken (on arrival) and returned in full if there is no damage. Property damage caused by misuse, must be paid.

+ A fresh set of bed linen and towels are provided every Saturday if the stay is longer than a week.
