Gulf-view 2br/2.5ba Vacation Rental with lap pool (not heated).

Bow Wow Bungalow is a well landscaped, modern, 2 bedroom/2 bath home just 3 lots back from the beach. There is a lap pool (not heated) in a dog-friendly, fully fenced in area that let your dogs travel between the pool area and the upper deck. There is plenty of inside and outside seating. There is a dedicated walk-over to the beach. The Bow Wow Bungalow is close to both of the small markets on the Cape, directly across the road from the 9 mile Loggerhead Trail bike path, and only 5 miles from the entrance to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.

There is a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms.

Rentals periods are a minimum of 6 nights starting and/or ending on a Saturday. Shorter stays stays will be considered during the non-summer months.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people (five, if one is an infant in a crib), this is a strict limitation. Names and ages of all occupants shall be recorded on the rental agreement.

Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet. All pets must be declared on the rental agreement.

Rental rates are based on two people. Additional people and stays over one week are $3 per day per person.

The cleaning fee is $200 (add $15 for stays over 7 days, $60 for stays over 2 weeks, $115 for stays over 4 weeks)

There is a 12% sales and lodging tax on all rents and fees.

There is a $400 refundable security deposit which will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage, or unauthorized people or pets.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled greater than 30 days from check-in, all payments will be refunded less $150 per booked week plus tax. Reservation payments will NOT be refunded on cancellations made less than forty five (45) days in advance of the reservation unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period originally reserved. Even if re-rented, $150.00 plus tax will be retained for a service charge. In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorate refund on the base rent will be made to the renter for days not stayed. No other weather related refunds will be made. Trip insurance is strongly advised.
