Stay and 2 rooms

Pleasant 42m2 apartment for 4-7 people, located on the first floor of a small residence. Rating 1 star by the tourist office. Entrance hall with storage, living room with well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area with sofa bed for 2 people, wardrobe; 1 small bedroom for 2 people with 140 bed new mattress, with sink; 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds, bathroom with shower and sink completely renovated in 2013, separate toilet renovated in 2013, large balcony.

A parking space is reserved in front of the residence.

A secure private ski locker is in the basement.

The apartment is exposed to the east and south-east with beautiful views of the mountains. Large bay windows opening onto the balcony let in the sun.

Its location 50 meters from a stop free shuttle buses give you quick access to all ski lifts and downtown.

Ok but could be better

The apartment is average but could do with a re-fresh. The toilet needs some repair. The location is ok although it's a drive into morzine for variety of bars and restaurants. Buses don't seem to run much beyond 7pm. You will need a car.

There is nothing really provided in the apartment, not even any toilet paper and the owner wants a further 20EUR per person for bed linen / towels so that should be factored in when comparing prices.

Some local info on buses, taxis, restaurants etc would help, if only a map. The skiing is great, and there's lots to do in morzine itself

petit paradis pour pas cher

Un appartement très agréable et facile à trouver, vraiment bien isolé (nous n'avons pas mis le chauffage en permanence, c'est pour dire!), bien optimisé (de quoi étaler tous les gants dans les toilettes au dessus du radiateur, des rangements à l'entrée pour déposer les affaires en rentrant...) et bien équipé (l'appareil à raclette et la cafetière-thermos par exemple) Les lits à étage de la grande chambre sont adaptés pour des adultes, chacun ayant suffisamment de place au dessus sa tête, un grand balcon, avec de belles vues sur les montagnes environnantes (pratique pour vérifier en direct la météo des pistes!) Une découverte : Morzine s'est même dotée d'une patinoire en plein air! ... et la très bonne surprise, c'est la place de parking déneigée!! Voilà notre souvenir de ce charmant refuge

Bed linen and towels optional (extra charge) In wood paneling decor, beds is equipped with a 140x190 bed with new mattress, pillow and 2 pillows, duvet and blanket. It has a toilet area with sink, bathroom cabinet with mirror and socket. In the same wood decor, the 2nd bedroom is a joy for children with 4 bunk beds arranged very nice and comfortable way. Each bed of 80X190 has a pillow and two blankets. The convertible sofa bed located in the living room was purchased in April 2011; It is very comfortable (high-end) with Simmons mattress with a thickness of 16cm bed 140 cm.
