About Julie Lalonde
I was born and partially raised in the French part of this vast country, then travelled around and lived on 4 different continents, and settled in the West Coast in BC for the love of the great outdoors, mountains and ocean. I am passionate about a few things: playing outside, good wine and fresh snow being very near the top of the list :) I recently acquired this lovely condo right on the slopes, and am excited it will contribute to build lasting memories to nice people, by allowing them to explore the great outdoors Whistler-Blackcomb has to offer, anytime of the year :) Have fun, play outside, explore, and smile. Great location and nice little condo.
Due to an oversight by cleaning crew, when we arrived the room had not been cleaned yet (4:30pm)
We contacted Julie and they were very apologetic and got it taken care of right away. Even offered to buy us drinks while we waited.
Overall the place is nice and excellent location for getting on and off the slopes.

Great location! Very clean & comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The homeowner was generous and helpful. Wonderful setup.

We loved the location of this Condo as it was so close to the Blackcomb Gondola.
The owner recently installed a fancy slab countertop though. They were very concerned with getting water stains or marks on the countertop. Due to this I was very stressed during our 3 night stay while cooking and using the kitchen in regards to our damage deposit. The countertop needs a much better protection of resin or sealant. The sink is in the middle of this slab and the faucet sprays water everywhere even with simple use. We will not be renting this particular condo in the future.

Location
This condo is always a favourite as it offers superb amenities: outdoor hot tubs and pool right on the slopes, complimentary ski valet (or rental shop directly in the building), underground parking (for a fee), and even a gym overlooking the mountain. The condo is one of the only true ski in/ski out of Whistler-Blackcomb, and you can go straight from skiing to the hot tubs (leaving your gear with the free ski valet), and then go out for a night in the village via a 7 min pedestrian-only scenic path. There is also a free shuttle bus that can take you anywhere in the village. The condo is located in the Upper Village at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offering a wide range of specialty shops, Whistler ski shops, clothing retailers, art galleries and bistros. Pedestrian walkways connect all areas of Whistler Village and its 200 retail shopping locations. Basically you get to enjoy the mountain and village vibe, without all the noise and having to carry all of your gear.
Enjoy all of Whistler-Backcomb from this condo all year long. Lost Lake is just around the corner, with great cross country ski and snowshoe trails in the winter, and amazing mountain biking, hiking, swimming and golf in the non-skiing months.
