Condo was just totally renovated; two bedrooms (1 King, 1 twins), two baths all new tile and fixtures. All new stainless appliances, granite tops in kitchen & baths. New deluxe washer & dryer. Two new flat screen televisions, wifi. All new windows and doors (hurricane resistant). Large balcony overlooking Caxambas Pass out to the gulf. Pavilion at pool with barbeque grills, tables and chairs. Private covered parking just steps from the condo. Elevator service to the unit.

Our condo is totally redone, great water views, fabulous amenities and an easy walk to the gulf beach. Near wonderful restaurants and shopping. A short drive to Naples and it's many upscale shops and restaurants.

We stayed at Eagle Cay the month of March 2015. The condo complex and grounds provide a very clean and quiet environment and include dock facilities on the entire water front. This condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped including washer and cleaning supplies which are lacking in many rentals. It is not on the beach, but sitting on the deck and watching the yachts and fishing boats move through the pass was most relaxing. Finally, the owner was extremely helpful in assisting us during the rental process. It was a joy to work with him.
