On the upper level of this elegant Residence, today wholly restored and declared a National Historical and Architectural Monument, our Apartment with its wide, fresh and sunlit rooms benefits from the same privileged position of the famous Grand Hotel Royal standing at its side.
The unique position and the width of its rooms makes it a good choice for those who'd rather travel along with baby-sitters or domestic help to whom they'd like to grant independence.
It is also suitable for elderly persons and children as it does not need air conditioning; the pleasant sea breeze keeps the rooms very fresh during the hottest months of the summer.
The Apartment's vast terrace looks directly to the sea and it offers a privileged view over famous Viareggio Carnival in February.
Very wide and sheltered with a retractable tent, it is also equipped with deckchairs, an outdoor table and chairs to be able to fully enjoy dinner in front of the beautiful sunset over the sea.
A one-car garage and two bicycles are included.
The Apartment is provided with linens, towels and, generally, with most you would need for a beautiful and relaxed stay.

Exit Motorway at VIAREGGIO and continue on, following direction “Viali a Mare”.

However, part of the beach, next to the southern part of the harbor, is open to everyone and can be quickly reached by walking down the famous Promenade of Viareggio.
The motorway connections quickly lead to Lucca (15 km), Pisa (39 Km) and Florence (80 Km).
