The appartement is impecc...

The appartement is impeccably clean and well maintained by a housekeeper. The area is very quiet and enjoys the tranquil atmosphere of the nearby forest. The rooms are quite generous and well-equipped. There are shops and public transport (bus and tram) nearby and guests can easily explore Switzerland or France by car as the motorway is also close. The owner is very discreet and helpful and there is always someone on hand to help with a problem or offer advice. All bedding and towels are supplied and we were allowed access to laundry facilities as required. We even used the barbecue to entertain our own Swiss friends in the impressive garden. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

The apartment is 53 squar...

The apartment is 53 square meters and not 70 as written. It's a basement (written semi subsoil accommodation) so there are small windows from the ceiling of the rooms but those windows are actually on the level of terrain. Consequently there is no air in the apartment. The apartment is tiny and can accommodate a couple with babies or small children but with our children (ages 12 & 17) we had to do lot of maneuver just to be able to open and arrange the folding beds for them. The 3000 m garden is mostly not relevant for guests because it's in front of the owner terrace and we didn't want to disturb them. The owners are nice and left us chocolates, wine, coffee capsules, fruits etc. but this cannot solve the major problems that I described

Owner's Response: "Il est bien stipulé dans l'annonce que l'appartement est au rez et les photos montrent l'entrée. L''appartement a deux entrées séparées et peut être aéré sans problème. Il est bien mentionné que l'appartement a qu'une chambre à coucher et en plus un canapé-lit au salon et deux lits d'appoints. Nous invitons toujours les locataires d'utiliser notre jardin et nous avons même installé pour eux une table avec 4 chaises à côté de notre maison et pas devant la maison. Nous avons pour nous-mêmes une terrasse privée à l'autre côté de la maison et les 3000 m2 permettent aux locataires de trouver un endroit tranquille. L'appartement n'est pas un appartement minuscule car il y a une grande chambre à coucher, un salon, une grande cuisine, une sauna privée, une toilette et douche. Nous louons l'appartement pour 90 euros par nuit ce qui permet une personne ou un couple louer un appartement avec une chambre séparée et les familles de louer un appartement bon marché car le prix par exemple pour quatre personnes est 22,50 euros par personne et par nuit. Il est bien entendu que cela implique d'utiliser le canapé-lit et les lits d'appoints. Nos prix incluent les draps propres, les serviettes de bains, toutes charges y compris Internet. Nous sommes sur place pour accueillir nos hôtes et nous leur offrons des cadeaux de bienvenus et restons à leur disposition pour des renseignements."

Sus propietarios son muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar durante la estancia. La zona es increíble, a 20 minutos máximo del centro de Ginebra, en una zona residencial muy tranquila junto a un bosque encantador y un río para pasear y relajarte. Muy bien comunicado con la ciudad, y tiendas a 5 minutos del apartamento. Nosotros nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa.

Sin duda lo recomiendo y repetiría en el futuro!

"Appartement est très bie...

"Appartement est très bien et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très propre et les propriétaires aimables. Nous aimerions bien revenir une autre fois. Nous avons profité du jardin et du calme du quartier. Le tram est à côté pour nous amener à Geneve et il y a des noctambus. Nous avons apprécié les cadeaux de bienvenus avec du chocolat , du vin et des fruits.

Le propriétaire nous a préparé une soirée fondue à un prix très modeste"
