This pleasant, spacious and carefully decorated apartment is very bright and calm.
It is located near the main axes allowing easy access and is not overlooked.
You are in town while enjoying a green, shaded setting.
The double exposure and the brand new external blind allow ventilation of the apartment which is never hot.
Permanent private outdoor car park in the shade.
Private bicycle garage and access to network of cycle paths for walks on the lake and beaches or mountains.
Very central in Annecy: in just 15 minutes on foot, you can get to the city center, the lake or the SNCF train station. You also have a bus at 80 m which drops you off there directly in 5-7 min.

All the local shops are at the foot of the residence (convenience store, pharmacy, 2 bakeries) and 5 minutes away from the post office, dry cleaning, tobacco-newspapers, caterer, fruit and vegetables, florist, shoemaker, etc.

Annecy- Lake and mountains.

This is a great apartment very conveniently placed for access to Annecy town centre but with good road links to easily get out into the countryside and mountains. We took bicycles which made popping into Annecy even easier. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious. It is also well equipped.

Excellent spacious apartment

A spacious light apartment with excellent facilities. Communication with the owner was really good. Nathalie went out of her way to make us welcome. The supermarket next door has everything you need and there is a handy boulangerie across the road together with a pharmacy. The apartment is out of the town centre (15 mins walk). This was not a problem for us but we also appreciated the very regular bus service which stops around the corner.

Excellent accommodation & great location!

I would recommend this apartment it’s clean, modern, spacious, a small balcony and has everything that you would possibly need. Nathalie is very accommodating and was there to greet us on our arrival and show us around the apartment. The location was ideal for us. The apartment is on the first floor set back from the main road in a safe gated complex area, next to a supermarket and bakery which was convenient. We enjoyed the fresh croissants and pan au chocolate from the bakery for breakfast. Although the apartment is not directly in Annecy centre we enjoyed being a little further out and enjoyed the short walk - approx a 15/20 minute walk into Annecy and to the Lake. There is lots to do and see in Annacey. We hired bikes from the railway station and leisurely cycled around the lake, stopping for lunch and a swim. I would also recommend the speed boats and also a tourist trip across the lake in a larger boat. There are lots of fantastic restaurants and ice cream parlours. Lake Annecy is so scenic - ideal for families, we plan to return again for another holiday !

Large comfortable apartment

The apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos yet bigger than I anticipated. The kitchen contains everything you need for cooking if you don't fancy eating out every night whilst the dining and lounge area were large and comfortable. There is a supermarket and baker next door which was great for the kids who went for croissants every morning. Nathalie was very helpful offering advice on places to visit. We intended on using Annecy as a base to visit Camonix and surrounding areas as there is an excellent bus and rail service, but we ended up staying around Annecy as there is so much to do. We hired bikes, kayaks, went to a zipwire park and boatrides. The apartment was ideal for our needs, spacious, close to town and although located on a busy road the noise didn't pose a problem. I'd highly recommend the apartment for any family - it was nice to walk into Annecy which was very busy at night but it was also nice to leave the hustle and bustle and return to quiet suburbia.
