The Buenavista Hacienda is located in the village of Chilches, Vélez Málaga. Located in a priviledge site, it has 8 apartments in direct contact with nature.

A place of rest and tranquility from which you can enjoy all the services and activities proposed by a region such as La Axarquia, in the Centre of the Costa del Sol. Beach, Sun, snow, mountain, water sports, golf, culture, gastronomy... are some of the advantages that will have at its disposal to live in a rural setting, just 15 minutes from Malaga and with the most enviable climate in Europe.

The Buenavista Hacienda has a plot of 80,000 m2 of trees and mount low, which in addition to the House has an area for barbecues, a large car park and a swimming pool with lawn.

The building is structured around a central courtyard that distributes accesses to different apartments. They are eight houses of different sizes and with various rooms, all equipped with fully equipped kitchen and all filled with the light of Andalusia.

The estate consists of 8 fully-equipped apartments where you will find bed linen, towels, washing machines, ovens. And where you can choose between 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments housed in comfort from 1 up to 7 passengers per apartment. With their almost 40 beds can accommodate conventions, events, celebrations... Etc.

We have had a fantastic stay! The appartement is large, clean en well equipped. Perfect place for those who prefer a calm holiday far away from the touristic crowd and who want to enjoy the Spanish culture. The view on the Andalusian hills and ocean is amazing. José Louis and Carmen are very friendly, welcoming and helpfull! Thanks for everything!

Fabulosas vacaciones

Han resultado ser unas vacaciones tranquilas en Finca Buenavista. Está muy bien todo en general, genial para estar con niños donde no hay ningún peligro. La piscina suficiente para darte un baño con buenas vistas, la barbacoa genial, el apartamento acogedor. La verdad que nos gustaría volver!

Sólo una crítica "constructiva", porque todo se puede mejorar ... los colchones... (ufff). Nuestra propuesta es que se deberían cambiar para que la estancia llegue al ser 100% satisfactoria.

"Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Buenavista. Situé à 1km de la mer sur une colline calme en pleine nature. Vue imprenable sur la baie de Malaga. Puis derrière, accès à l'' arrière pays, campagne et montagne. Aéroport à 20 kms, voiture indispensable. Golf à 3 kms, tarifs réduits à partir de 16H00. Ce site est une base idéale pour visiter la région, accès autoroute à 1,5 km. Ambiance familiale et conviviale, aucuns problèmes. Les gestionnaires, Carmen et José, aimables et compétents, assurent un service parfait."

"Magnifique location, située dans un environnement super calme, au sommet d''une colline, chemin de terre.

VÉHICULE INDISPENSABLE +++ plage de sable noir à proximité ( environ 2 kms).

Plusieurs petits appartements, avec au centre une cour intérieure, très agréable.

l''équipement ménager, est limité (peu de vaisselle)et RIEN d''avance (PQ, liquide vaisselle, éponge...)

pas de clim, mais un ventilateur performant.

superbe barbecue et zone pique nique, avec une vue très agréable.

des gestionnaires souriants, présents et à l''écoute des locataires.

La WI-FI n''est pas hyper performante ..."

About Carmen & José Luis

I would start with a brief summary of our history. I Carmen, my wife, and we are - were - two professionals outside the tourist industry, my wife is a professional diver and I am a specialist in large computer systems. This means that when we started this adventure, in 2007, we did not think we were going to divert our professional in this branch paths.

We actually started with very little, with one apartment, holiday accommodation on our farm (La Piriposa). We thought that we would succeed minimum essential, indeed, time has shown us that our customers personalized attention and the care devoted to them that we have to repeat customers over the years. This coupled with the use of languages (English, French, Portuguese, Italian) a detailed accompanying -Reception out of hours, location services, track your destiny arrival to make our customers have rated us in most cases with a score of 5/5.

Over time we have evolved, our friends and neighbors Carmen and trusted in me to manage their accommodation and we have had up to 15 different apartments and houses, all located in Chilches, Málaga. But, why only Chilches? Because our philosophy is based on the following pillars:

* - Attention detailed (care and much love to the customer)

* - Good prices. Normally we are below average without reducing quality one iota.

* - Offering tranquility and rest-and friends- our travelers. That is why we are somewhat removed from the bustling waterfront -1.5 Km.) But without losing the proximity and benefits of this.

The apartment is just 2 km from the A7 motorway, by accessing the Hacienda by road to just 700 meters, where we find access to the farm and where he began a private road that takes us to the main building of this.

And to get there, do not worry, we were always with our customers in a place clear and easily find and join you to your accommodation. We will provide a guide to get to that meeting point.

The Costa del Sol is located in the South of Spain and benefits from one of the best climates of the Mediterranean region.

It is one of the most popular destinations among tourists, with clean beaches and a wonderful Sun. One of the attractions is that it is full of quiet fishing villages, with its typical white houses, as well as narrow and windy streets, and are a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the beach and the city.

The locals are proud of locally produced wine and cuisine and enjoy the night dancing and singing, you will be transported by the spirit of the Spanish lifestyle and want to return to Costa del Sol and again.

Benajarafe / Chilches is located in the eastern part of the coast of the Spain Sun. Its location, about 14 kilometers from the capital of the region, Málaga, lies within the area known as Axarquía.

It is located on the coast, between Rincon de la Victoria and Torre del Mar, enjoy one of the best climates in Europe. The unique combination of Sun and sea, makes it almost tropical.

Chilches is 25 minutes from Nerja and has 16 kilometers of beaches of fine sand and clean water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, diving and sailing. The beaches of Benajarafe, Chilches and Rincón de la Victoria are traditional holiday destination.
