Chez42 is a newly built apartment with modern fixtures and fittings 10 minutes walk from the lake and Saint-Jorioz beach and less than 15 minutes walk from the town centre. It is also within easy cycling distance of Annecy via a cycle track which passes within 200m of the apartment. This convenient location means there is a whole host of things to do and see, either with or without a car.

The apartment measuring 42m2 can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is equipped to a very high standard. 1 double bedroom on the mezzanine level and a second bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds - all bedding/mattresses are of good quality. The living area has a wall mounted TV, computer and free WIFI.

The corner ktchen is well equipped including a dishwasher. The modern bathroom includes high quality shower and bath. Outdoor seating area with parasol and barbecue.

We provide baby equipment on request, travel cot, high chair... Beds made and all towels and household linen provided as part of the inclusive tarif.

Private parking in the courtyard directly in front of the apartment secured at night behind an electric gate. Bike/ski storage available.

I chose to live here for its superiour quality of life and quickly became a huge enthusiast for the region and all it has to offer..... mountains, lake, great eating, skiing, the cycle track, the charming old town of Annecy, Chamonix, Italy and Switzerland amongst others.....I have had some wonderful experiences here and very much enjoy sharing them with visitors with a view to helping them make the most of this wonderful area.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location with great hosts

My husband, three year old daughter and I have just returned from our stay here. The apartment is in the perfect quiet location, close to everything you need with great access to all activities around the lake, and only about 30 minutes from Geneva airport. The apartment has everything we needed, very comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen (with coffee machine) dishwasher, washing machine etc literally everything you need to make it feel like home. They’ve even thought of black out blinds and night lights around the apartment if you want them, (very handy for younger kids)! The views from the apartment, especially the top bedroom are spectacular. They have an array of bikes to use for all ages, including a toddler bike with staberlisers which our daughter loved and a trailer for an adult bike which she enjoyed being pulled along in. We used the bikes everyday as it was more convenient than the car to get around the lake and cycling to Annecy only took about 20 - 25 minutes using the cycle path located a 2 min ride from the apartment. The sandy beach is just under a 10 minute ride away and is a lovely place to enjoy the lake from. We cycled the whole cycle path around the lake on one of our days which is a great way to see all the beautiful villages. The hosts Jennifer and Richard are great, very welcoming and friendly and happy to share all their knowledge and experience about the area. The apartment is attached to their home yet they do an amazing job of making it very private for their guests. Jennifer and Richard are charming hosts and this was the perfect place to stay. We will definitely return to lake Annecy and to this apartment.

Very comfortable in a great location.

Stunning views from the upstairs window which was a great place to sit and just watch life in the countryside.

Jennifer, Richard and B&G are great hosts and happy to share in your adventures.

Certainly lots to do and see and a place to return to.

Great little base

My wife and i stayed in Jennifer's apartment for a week in September 2016. We had a great time and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is great and I would completely recommend it to others looking for a compact but well fitted base for exploring the Lake Annecy area without being in the centre of town.

The property has 2 comfortable bedrooms and a small but well appointed and fully stocked kitchen/living space. The appliances and fittings are excellent quality and match the service and hosting from Jennifer which could not have been more helpful.

excellent two bedroom apa...

excellent two bedroom apartment with lovely views, quiet location near the lake (beach and boat stop), yet easy walk or cycle to bakers and supermarket and only 5 mins walk to bus stop. we were there without a car (the first people ever) and found it very convenient, and the owners were very helpful picking us up from the bus stop and taking us into annecy on our last day. exceptionally friendly English hosts, and a charming, well equipped apartment, with comfy beds. The provision of cycles (they have a large array of them) is a real plus when you see how much they often cost to hire, and a cycle path (almost flat) runs right along this side of the lake and is two minutes from the house. The only points which others may need to be aware of is that the kitchen/living area is quite small, making use of every space with cunning storage (but bedrooms are large) and it is attached to the main house, so you do see people coming and going, giving the opportunity for a friendly chat. We thoroughly recommend it, and the scenery is stunning.
