The Loft type apartment on second floor with elevator, is available for medium and long stays is divided into a large space to enter: living room with a large window to the cypress in the courtyard and kitchen, overlooking the domes of the church of San Luis. Accessed through a corridor to other rooms: the two bedrooms and bath room from the shower is the church of Santa Marina.

In front of the entrance door has an outdoor terrace with plants and garden furniture.

The property is adjacent to all exterior lights and ventilation. The simplicity of the materials, terrazzo floor 'in situ', wood bathroom, etc., provide the backdrop to the few chosen pieces of furniture or vegetatively.

Great location

The apartment was bright, open, and airy. It has an adequate kitchen, and washing machine.

The location was perfect, close to cafes and bars.

Best of all, the beds were comfy!

calme et bien situé

appartement moderne conforme au descriptif , grand , confortable et calme.

bien situé dans Seville , petit marché sympa à proximité et commerces à 2 pas. le seul bémol est la terrasse qui ne fait pas vraiment partie de l appartement et qui est située à quelques metres (au meme niveau) , ce qui n' est pas vraiment visible sur les photos. Bon point pour le Propriétaire disponible lors de notre arrivée tardive Ryanair ainsi que pour un petit problème electrique

The neigbordhood is located inside tha ancien town, along the arc of the Macarena, the walls Almohades, the plot remains intact and Arabic. Has historically been a working class district of Seville, known as San Julián, where even today there are pockets of active citizens' movements in the famous square in the Pumarejo, real cultural focus leading into the city, today.

A large number of Churches declared of cultural interest ', among which one of the best performances of the Seville Baroque Church of St. Louis of the French, along with the church of San Salvador in the Plaza del Pan The church gives its name to the street, neighborhood real artery. Other churches: Santa Marina, San Marcos, San Roman, San Julián, Onium Samtorum etc. Are true gems of the Mudejar Architecture.

The Centro Andaluz de Teatro, Danza, Flamenco and has established its permanent headquarters in the former convent buildings of the Church and Hospice of San Luis de France taking place around him at the opening of numerous rooms of alternative theater, dance, flamenco and contemporary art galleries. Undoubtedly represent a major contribution to the cultural life of the city.

Have also been numerous tapas bars, restaurants with various cuisines, organic food stores and traditional, and bars with live music, which ultimately makes this neighborhood, along with the neighboring district of the Alameda de Hercules, one of the busiest and most animated of the city.

Do not forget that the most revered, popular and beautiful city of the Virgin, is in the Basilica de la Macarena, near the bow, and the only remains of the ramparts of Seville Almohades Arabic.
