About the property

The flat is a ground floor conversion in a typical Victorian House with high ceilings, fire place and lovely bay windows. There are two double bedrooms both with double beds, if you are more than 4 people I can provided air beds either in the rooms or in the living room, or a single mattress, there is a sofa bed in the living room and I can also provided a travel cot for babies or small children. Fully equipped open Plan Kitchen with everything you need and one bathroom with a bath & shower.

House Rules

Please respect the flat and the neighbours.

There are a number of books and other such items in the apartment for you to enjoy during your stay, please ensure that they are respected and maintained so that other visitors after your stay may also enjoy them in the same manner you have.

Please leave the flat as clean and tidy as you found it and free from personal belongings. Please note that the price paid for the check out cleaning is intended for standard cleaning and launderette (2 hours), this doesn't include washing plates, throwing leftovers of food, etc. or any other issue which would require extra time. Any additional hour will be charged to the guests at standard rate of £15/hour.

Please make sure that you switch off the lights and the central heating when you are leaving.


This is from 16.00 Hrs / 4.00pm on the arrival day booked. I may

be flexible on this, provided that there are no departures from

the night prior. Please check with me within a few days of your

arrival date and when possible I will be happy to oblige.

Extra charges will be incurred if arrival times are outside normal hours. This is a direct pass on cost from our greeter and you will need to pay them in cash when you arrive:

Please prepare the following sums depending on your check-in or check-out time:

• From 7pm-9 pm: 30 Pounds

• From 9pm-12am: 40 Pounds

• From 12am-6am: 60 Pounds

• From 6am-8am: 40 Pounds

• From 8am-9am: 30 Pounds


This is by 11.00 hrs / 11.00am on the departure day booked. I

can be flexible on this, provided that there are no imminent

new arrivals. Please check with me in advance of your arrival and when possible I will be happy to oblige. Late check out after the agreed departure time will forfeit your deposit.

Damage to the property or furniture will forfeit your deposit.

Please bare in mind that myself and some authorities people might need to get into the flat while your stay (either for maintenance, cleaning or to show the flat for future rentals) you will be notified with plenty of time if any of these visits occur but you won't be able to denied access.

roomy flat in great neighborhood

This apartment is clean. The rooms are large. The neighborhood has restaurants and stores and bars but it is quiet enough. Best is the transportation:Steps to bus and blocks to a tube station. Check in and check out couldn't be easier.

Good location and clean

We stayed here with our kids and the location is really good if you want to be close to downtown. We most likely will choose next time to stay further out and take the train in due to difficulties of driving in. It worked out well for the kids. I wouldn't plan on cooking any large meals here. The train station and bus line are very convenient so you can be right in the heart of the tourist district in 30 minutes.

Everything you need

This apartment is quite basic, meaning that it contains what you need and nothing more. There are two quite big bedrooms with very comfortable beds, a small bathroom and a combined living room/kitchen. The kitchen have microwave oven, toaster, water boiler, stove and a nice espresso machine (remember to bring or buy dosages), and is quite well equipped.

If you compare this apartment to a three star hotel, you get a lot more, for a lower price. The surroundings are quiet, and down the street there is a small shop, a nice Italian restaurant and an excellent Gastro pub. The bus stop is just in front of the door and buses runs every 5-10 minutes.

All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Eva is really warm and kind. The day we arrived at London is cold but Eva waited for us until almost 11pm because our flight was delayed and come to meet us on the street.When we leave she bring our luggages to the station.I have to say, she is the best host I have ever met.Her apartment is clean and nice.Next time when I come to London I would choose to stay in her apartment without thinking.
