Yes, it is quite the private Oasis. Stayed here with my Wife and Sister and another Sister joined us later in the Week. An impromptu Wedding occurred between another Sister and her Fiance (staying in Pass-a-Grille) and we decided to host a reception for them here and with the view of the Sunset and the Waterway, it was Gorgeous. Brenda was quite supportive. An extra bonus was that a Tropical Storm blew through and although the streets of Pass-a-Grille were flooded, we were quite high enough and had no flooding. Would definitely recommend this Property and are looking at going back this Summer!
You are mesmerized the instant you walk thru the front door! You are in your private Oasis! Beautiful coastal decorated waterfront home with daily shows from the passing boats, fish, frolicing dolphins and least not forget the too numerous birds that soar down the channel and right over head or perch proudly by the grotto pool staring back at you! Even in the rain and storms , the water antics keep you smiling! Oh and don't forget the beautiful sunsets! OMG! Sitting in the back deck/patio with a bit of libation...you just can't wait to see the magnificent colors! But now let us not forget to mention the well stocked home itself....nothing is not thought of! Blankets for that chilly winter night, both inside and out....beach chairs, bikes, fishing rods....and the list goes on! Brenda and Jeff are the ultimate hosts! Within walking distance a wonderful dog park...thoroughly enjoyed by my aging greyhound and corgi...new friends to sniff out! For us two footed types, walking distance to the beach and The Wharf and Sea Critters restaurants just over the bridge offer excellent seafood fares and the best pizza ever right across the street at Gennaro's! But if you would rather cook at home, this kitchen is so well stocked with great utensils and appliances I didn't even have to unpack the stuff I brought from home(you know just in case I might need it!). We were here for 2 1/2 months and definitely will be back.
My husband and I stayed at this charming little beach house twice and enjoyed it even more the second time around. It is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need for either a short or long stay. The inside appearance and decor of the house is so inviting, especially the great room overlooking the water, the spa, and the boat dock.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped with any extras you may have forgotten to bring.Likewise the kitchen. It is so very well equipped with all types of kitchenware and some starter condiments. We had a lovely stay and hope to have the opportunity to do so again. It was definitely a major plus after enduring the cold and snow of south central Pennsylvania.
We had a great time in a very comfortable and nice home in Pass-a-grille at St. Pete Beach, FL. Two couples had plenty of room to relax and entertain our families who live in St. Pete. Brenda was very helpful with the rental and it was very clean and well kept. Thanks again!
We stay in St Pete Beach every year for 2-3 weeks. I bring my 26 ft Sea Ray boat so it is important that the house we rent has a boat dock. There are 6 of us (2 Adults 4 Children ages 7, 9, 16, 18) so we need a 3 bedroom 2 bath home to accommodate us. This home has been renovated so it has the feel of a much newer home. The kitchen has everything you need and is large and open enough that you never feel crowded. The living room is great with a very large TV and couch so everyone has enough room to enjoy those evening movies. Everything is very clean including the bathrooms. The pool is a small Grotto pool that was amazing after spending the day in the Gulf of Mexico. My 7 and 9 year old spent hours in the pool. The backyard is excellent. In the evening the sunsets were breathtaking as this house is situated where you have a view all the way down the canal. Most houses do not have this type of view which enhances the sunsets. The dock is excellent for the boat and fishing. Shell Key and Egmont Key are close so it is a very convenient boating location. Location is great so it is very convenient to restaurants and the beach and just 10 minutes from downtown St Pete. The owners are very nice and great if you have any issues. They are very quick to fix the problem. Our dryer went out on the 4th of July and they had a new one in by noon. This is very important as sometimes things do not go as planned and you want someone you can count on when needed. They are those people. I highly recommend staying in this home and experiencing the sunsets for yourself.

Standard rentals are for a minimum of 1 month (30 days avg). Weekly rentals for the upcoming month will be considered if the property has not yet been rented 6 weeks prior to the start of the next month - or at our discretion.
