In the heart of London, just 500 meters from Westminster, apartment in a small building completely renovated in 2011, quiet location, apartment with every comfort, nice and new. Less than five minutes walk from the stations of the subway and Waterloo Lambeth. Less than five minute walk from Westminster Bridge, the London Eye, the parliament building, Westminster. Excellently connected by train, metro and bus.

Little Gem in Waterloo

Excellent with fully equiped unit for a small family. Great location for tube, buses and even within walking distance.. Nearest Tube @Waterloo and Lambeth North. Enjoyed the Lower Marsh Market. Will come again

Great location, modern, clean property

This flat was a gem! Set in Lower Marsh which is a street market for all kinds of food trucks during the week, we were able to walk to the Waterloo or Lambeth North stations in less than 5 minutes. The neighborhood is very safe and we enjoyed going through the tunnel daily to see the street art change. We had no idea the flat had a clothes washer so that was a bonus. When we had trouble starting it, Francesco got back to us in no time! The beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa was nice which is not always the case. Radiant heat in the bathroom floor was lovely! To top it off, the Four Corners coffee shop on the first floor had great, strong coffee. I highly recommend this property as a home base for London travel.

Appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Londres et le temps était clément. L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de London Eye, Big Ben, La Maison du Parlement, Westminster Abbaye. La gare Waterloo est très bien desservie par différentes lignes de métro et plusieurs lignes de bus s'arrêtent à proximité du logement. Nous avons été bien accueillis et l'appartement était propre à notre arrivée. Il est bien équipé, petit bémol toutefois sur la literie du séjour qui n'est pas confortable. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage. La chambre donne sur la rue ainsi que le séjour. La nuit, on entend les trains, les gens qui sortent des pubs et le matin, très tôt, des marchands installent leur stand dans la rue. Nous ne pouvons pas dire que nous avons bien dormi pendant 1 semaine car notre sommeil a été léger.

Convenient, safe and perfect!

The flat is just as described, and the owner available by email when needed. My daughter and I loved the neighborhood and its convenience by foot or underground to central London. The flat was well equipped for eating in, and there was plenty of hot water in the nicely appointed bath. I would definitely stay again!
