The apartment is beautiful, full of light, excellent facilities and in a very good location. Very spacious and comfortable. The perfect place to stay for a week in Paris!
Este departamento es magnífico. Amplio y cómodo, està en el último piso de un lindo edificio. Tiene una vista preciosa, y es muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. El edificio es muy seguro y tiene 2 ascensores, uno grande y uno pequeño. La ubicación es inmejorable! A pesar de estar a pocas cuadras de la Tour Eiffel, la zona no es turística, es más bien residencial. Todo està a mano, super mercado, metro, pattisserie, bistros, farmacia, etc. Los dueños proveen de una carpeta con todas las instrucciones necesarias, y unos tips muy útiles sobre todo lo que hay cerca.
El departamento en sí es muy cómodo. Tiene una hermosa cocina, completamente equipada, la heladera es grande, café Nespresso, y todos los utensilios que uno pudiera necesitar. Hemos cocinado varias veces allí, y fue un placer. Un living comedor amplio y luminoso, un pequeño balcón con vistas a la Tour Montparnasse, un dormitorio con comodísima cama King size, un baño amplio completo y un pequeño toilette a la entrada. El amoblamiento es muy lindo, muy bien mantenido e impecablemente limpio. Sábanas y toallas de muy buena calidad.
Hemos pasado 12 días en este hermoso departamento. La comunicación con.los dueños fue siempre excelente y fluída.

Generously-sized One-Bedroom in Great location
Great apartment in my favorite Parisian neighborhood. Many close restaurants. Twice a week there is a very complete street market between Dupleix and La Motte-Picquet Metro stops, three blocks away. La Motte-Picquet is a great Metro stop served by three lines. The great greensward at the Eiffel tower, the Champ de Mars, is two blocks away. The American ghetto of Rue Clar with more restaurants is a few blocks beyond the Champ de Mars. The streets feel safe. There’s a connivance store and a bakery across the street. A small market around the corner. The Seine river is three blocks from the apartment.
So many Parisian apartments are fitted into existing spaces not designed for them, but the Perrier apartment, being in a modern building, circa 1970, is well laid out. The bathroom has a tub and there is a half bath near the kitchen. The bed is comfortable, the sheets and towels of good quality.
The apartment faces away from the Eiffel tower, but it still has a tremendous view since it’s on the 12th floor and so it overlooks the six and ten story buildings near by. With lots of windows it is very sunny. I enjoyed cooking in a kitchen with a grand view that seemed to include half of Paris. We stayed for a week in early October and the temperature was perfect. I think in summer it could get very warm. The owner has a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, but it appeared to be waiting the final installation. We closed the shutters when we were away to keep the apartment cool.
The security system by the front door is easy to use. Two elevators serve the 12th floor. The owner’s agent came the day before we left to return the deposit. We had a great visit, I plan to stay here when I’m next in Paris.
A lovely apartment, better than the pictures show. Beautiful kitchen, large bathroom, very spacious. Lots of storage space, beautiful views, lots of light. Very clean, looked almost new. Nice building, with good security. Wonderful location near the Eiffel Tower - 2 blocks from Champs de Mars and gorgeous view of the Tower. Nice short walk to see the sparkling lights at night. 5 buslines within a few blocks (one just in front of the building.) 3 subway lines within a few blocks. Wonderful Grenelle market a few blocks away on Wednesdays and Sundays. Absolutely the best patisserie just across the street, as well a boucherie, pharmacy, and several restaurants. Super market just around the corner.
The ad did say airconditioned, but there was none.
I stayed here a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend.
Very Good But No AC
We stayed in this apartment from May 5-13, 2015 and found it comfortable and just the right size for the two of us. It's on the top floor of the building so there is no worry about people above you making noise and keeping you awake. There are two elevators - a 4 person phone booth size and a larger one that has plenty of room for luggage and more people. The building is secure with multiple locked doors before your apartment door. The bed was comfortable, the TV and WiFi worked perfectly, the small second bathroom was a nice feature we found helpful, the balcony was very small but nice and the apartment was supplied with everything from a coffee maker to toilet paper!
There are a few considerations you should have before renting this apartment. The description mentions air conditioning but we could not find any. (We Americans do love air conditioning!) There was a small vent in the small bathroom that emitted cool air at times and some vents near the window that we think didn't emit anything. We found no portable AC unit. It turned out not to be a problem because, except for two days, the weather was cool. The warm nights we slept with the window/outside doors open - which made it tolerable.
Also, the apartment is in a residential area, very near the Eiffel tower and a few other attractions. If you want to be close to all the tourist spots, this is not for you. We did not and the other major attractions such as the Louvre and Notre Dame were easy to get to by metro. The La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle station, which is about three blocks from the apartment, has three train lines running through it. To get to all the Famous Places, we bought a 5-day pass and used the Metro. They could be reached by making train changes usually just once. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment, the RER train to Versailles was only a 10-minute walk and, of course, taxis.
There is a nice bakery, a butcher and a convenience store across the street. More grocery shopping, cafes and restaurants are within a few blocks. We liked the Cafe Suffren and Carmine. The apartment has a notebook with "nearby" info.
We found Francois to be very responsive to our communications (via email) during the time leading up to our visit and while we were there, except regarding the air conditioning mystery. That's the only reason we rated this a 4 rather than a 5 because AC was a requirement for us. Other than that, it was just as advertised and at a fair price.
Wonderful, newly renovate...
Wonderful, newly renovated, well-equipped apartment. Within 5 minutes walk there are 2 subway stations. In walking distance there are a good bakery, a seafood restaurant and 2 supermarkets (Simply and Monoprix). Quiet respectable area near the Eiffel Tower. The windows overlook the courtyard, so the apartment is quiet. In my next visit I will try to stay in this apartment.
Its location at 5mn walk from Metro Lamotte-Piquet and near bus stations allows you to quickly reach the Champs Elysees, the Museums du Louvre or Quai d’Orsay, the shoppings of the Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, of the Quartier Latin or Montparnasse.
At the foot of the building, convenience stores, shops, bakeries, caterers of Av de Suffren, rue Clerc, rue Lourmel and numerous restaurants from the prestigious ones to the affordable opened part of the night ...
