Beautifully renovated & professionally decorated, family size spacious layout of about 1700 square feet, with fully equipped kitchen showcasing appliances such a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Large combined family room & dining areas, plus bedrooms on separate levels with the private master suite situated on the top floor having it's own ensuite bath, are just a few great home features! Some more great items include comfortable king, queen and double size beds, large walk-in closets, private laundry room, walk out to 3 balconies, and built-in double car garage with garage door opener and direct entry access inside the home, plus added convenience of extra an front parking space. Exit out to the landscaped backyard oasis overlooking the bay, which will entertain you with the functionality of a barbecue area, covered dining al fresco area, lounge area & cozy fire pit area! The panoramic welcoming dock sits on the water, great for soaking in the sun, fishing, and enjoying those bay views, with occasional surprise glimpses of dolphins too! All this and the added benefit of being situated a short walk away to the beach and main strip! Why rent a room, when you can rent an entire residence?
What a wonderful family rental. Our party of 7 had plenty of room. The location was wonderful. Dan was so great about getting back to me when I had questions. Thanks for helping us have a fabulous vacation.
Overall - great spot and would consider staying again but,
Light switches didn't work, or at least we couldn't figure them out. Light bulbs burnt out. Door knob slipped off. Wi-Fi didn't work worth anything. Master bath shower head hurts due to spray pattern. The garage door only worked by pushing the button on the wall. Overall, this condo is a great stay for the amount of people we had with us, but it needs a bit of updating and fixing up for the price paid. Thanks
Our family of 3 shared this condo with a family of 4. The condo was a good fit for us and it was nice to have a bathroom on all 3 levels. The kitchen was nice and made it easy to eat some of our meals there. We also liked having a garage to park our vehicles. The dock and backyard area was extremely nice and it was a great place to hang out. The living area is pretty cramped when all 7 of us were there. There is a couch and two chairs as well as a dining room table/chairs but it felt pretty cramped when we were all in the room. But... we weren't there very often. The location of this condo was a perfect fit for us. It was so close to the beach and to the restaurants! We could walk everywhere and if we forgot something we could easily walk back and grab it. I wish there were some chairs on the balconies, it would have been nice to be able to sit and read etc... Overall we were very happy with the condo and would recommend it to others. If you are looking for something to do while in Clearwater I would strongly suggest going on a private island charter with Captain Todd! He was great and he was so friendly! http://www.privateislandcharters.com/ He even suggested some great places to eat after our charter. The islands that he took us too were straight out of a movie and we saw dolphins several times!
Great place. Very clean and close to everything! If I go back to clearwater beach for another stay I will defiantly stay here again!
Great location with plenty of restaurants. As per other reviews sparse furniture linens towels. Rug up to bedrooms needs to be cleaned. Quiet area. Bedrooms were nice.Up to date appliances. Parking garage private which was very helpful.
The property is conveniently located for the beach, pier 60, restaurants and shopping - all just a short walk away.
The dock and patio deck are great, as shown in the HomeAway photos, BUT this is not the view from the property. They are shared between the eight properties. Facilities include a grill and fire pit (for the cooler evenings). Only two properties in the complex have direct views over the dock to the bay side.
The property had sufficient equipment, but lacked some essentials such as wine glasses! The dish washer was defective, but replaced during our stay.
Good garage parking for two vehicles.
