Wonderful 2-bedroom villa, newly built in the traditional Mallorcan style. New 8x4 meter pool. Secluded and spacious south-facing gardens with fabulous views over Soller and the Tramantana Mountains. Tastefully furnished to a high standard. A 10mins walk to the Town Square and a short tram ride to the beach.

Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there is a working fireplace in the lounge. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of friends. Parking is on level ground next to the villa and all doors in the villa are easy-access, double doors. Full access available to the terraces and outdoor eating area next to the villa but lower terraces would be difficult for wheelchair access.

Notes:
The villa sits in large gardens extending to 2,900sq metres and is totally secluded with multiple terraces. There is a washing machine and sink in our covered outdoor seating area, An iron and ironing board is also provided. An excellent outdoor public swimming and tennis centre is 5 minutes walk away from the villa.

Superb Views

It far exceeded our expectations. An excellent villa and location with stunning views due to its elevated position. The sort of place you want to spend time in and laze by the pool, which we did a lot of. Easy to wander into Soller, but harder to wander back when on foot! All the booking arrangements with Sue and Neal worked very smoothly; take head of their warnings with regard to the width of your hire car, we managed well with an Opel Mokka (once the wing mirrors were folded in). We hope to make a return visit in the future.

Fantastic !!!

Well what can I say to convince you that this is a fantastic retreat other than the fact that we have only been home a couple of weeks and have decided to book again for 2 weeks next year....yippee!!

The villa and pool are exceptionally well maintained and the hosts Neal & Sue could not be more helpful. The steep and very narrow lane up to the property is the only downside but we just decided to leave the little Fiat at the bottom of the lane and walking up and down kept us fit! The views over Soller and the surrounding mountains are spectacular. There are many very good restaurants in the town of Soller and the Port of Soller is only 9 euros in the taxi or you can take the tram with its little wooden seats. There is so much to see and do in this area but dragging yourself away from the Villa and pool is very difficult.

The best we've stayed in!

This is a wonderful villa - the best we've stayed at in more than 20 years of renting villas in Europe! We were so impressed that we've already booked to go back next year.

It's not just it's unique position overlooking Soller, it's the privacy, the excellent pool, the facilities provided, it's quiet location and it's close proximity to Soller and so many good restaurants - we loved it!

There is a drawback and that's the road leading up to the villa. It is steep, but it's main difficulty is, how narrow it is with walls on either side.One does get used to it and we adopted a routine:- door mirrors in; windows open; driver takes car as close as possible to drivers side and keeps the revs up and passenger puts head out of the window to ensure safe passage on their side.We'd hired a Hyundai Group B car and frankly that was almost too wide. As Sue and Neal suggest, a Fiesta or something very similar would be ideal. And do take out full insurance or get an annual excess protection before you arrive. Thankfully we only had to pay 27 Euros for destroying a wheel trim! We must add that the road should not put you off - as mentioned earlier, we're going back next year, but you do need to be ready for it.

Sue and Neal were extremely helpful and very good at replying quickly to any e mail queries. We cannot praise their villa enough and the thought that we will be returning next year will keep us going through those long winter months!

Fabulous!

We've just come back from a fabulous week at this villa. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable - the pool is fabulous and the view is spectacular. The approach road to the villa is daunting to say the least but being so high up, you are rewarded with the best views of Soller. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending the villa - it's spotlessly clean, has air conditioning and everything you need for a relaxing week. Sue and Neal were really helpful before and during the booking - and Pedro came as soon as he could when we had a problem with the water in the villa.

Superb villa and location

Without doubt one of the best holidays we have had. The villa was superb located within 10 minutes of beautiful Soller yet enjoying unbelievable views across the town from a hillside position. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the pool was just gorgeous. Several nights we just stood in the pool drinking wine and looking at the lights of Soller. The town itself is stunning with the cafes and restaurants in the square offering great food with the added bonus of watching the trams trundling by. Perfect for a train nut like our 6 year old son! For anyone looking for a totally relaxing break in beautiful surroundings and the opportunity to sample the rustic charms of Mallorca - this is the perfect location.

Excellant villa and location

A really excellent villa in a lovely location. Soller is a lovely town and the villa is within easy walking distance (although people with impaired mobility will not manage the walk up to the villa itself). We will definitely be booking to come back although will not bother with hiring a car for the duration of the stay!

Soller is a most attractive town situated in the stunning Tramantana mountains on the West Coast of Mallorca, famous for its fragrant orange and olive groves. It is also situated only 4km inland from the beaches and shops at Port of Soller which can be accessed easily by the well known tram service. Nearby are the scenic villages of Fornalutx , Deia, and Valldemossa. It is a paradise for walkers, cyclists and ornithologists or alternatively you can sit and watch the world go by in one of the many bars and restaurants in the lovely Town Square.
