About the property

Ideally located just behind the famous Carlton hotel, quiet, and at walking distance from la Croisette, from the luxurious shops on the rue d' Antibes and from the beach. 700 m from the Cannes Palais des Festivals and from the train station.It is therefore possible to arrive by train in Cannes and to walk to the appartment.

Very bright and sunny thanks to its big 20 m2 terrace with a pleasant hill view. Very confortable with a leather sofa bed in the living room with a real mattress, 2 new mattresses in the bedroom ( separate but joignable ), air conditionning in all rooms (bedroom, living room, veranda), well equiped american kitchen, a new bathroom and decorated with care for detail.

Landlord speaks english!

"A very well equipped and very well presented apartment and helpful owners who are nearby and available. Very well located for railway and the beach,restaurant and night life areas.

Parking is something of a problem and certainly inconvenient so this is a better bet for someone without a vehicle . There''s a certain amount of street noise though the main bedroom is not on the street so that''s acceptable.The lift is small and slow.

The faults are very minor compared to the advantages and if we go again to Cannes we''ll likely rebook here."

"We’ve been going to Cann...

"We’ve been going to Cannes for several years now and we normally book apartments for our stay. This was the first year renting this apartment and hopefully it won’t be the last. The apartment is truly beautiful, well decorated and with an incredible view over the hills from its 7th floor. The enclosed terrace is a great feature and the apartment is fully air conditioned and quiet. Location is also perfect within a couple of minutes to the rue d’Antibes and the Croisette. The owners have been extremely helpful and very nice throughout and we couldn’t rate our stay higher. We look forward to come back next year and we highly recommend it to anyone else considering."

Une semaine idéale !

Un appartement plein de charme avec une très belle vue sur la Californie depuis la véranda. Parfaitement équipé, idéalement situé à 2 pas de la rue commerçante d'Antibes et à 3 pas de la Croisette, tout est accessible à pied et la proximité de la gare permet d'aller se balader très facilement à Nice, Monaco, Antibes...même quand on n'a pas de voiture. La proximité du port permet également de se rendre aux iles de Lérins pour une journée de baignade ou de visite. Enfin, accueil très sympa de la propriétaire ! Troisième séjour dans cet appartement...et toujours l'envie de revenir. @ bientôt...

Perfect and charmant

Here we found everything we needed and wished. A very nice combination of central location, beautiful view, proximity of supermarkets and beach, comfort for both parents and children as well as friendliness of hosts. A great place to spend a week or a couple in Cannes.

The description and the pictures of the flat is 100% corrisponding. It's well maintained and clean, well air conditioned (3AC) and located in a nice position. The host Mrs. Laurence is gentle and reliable
