It is an independent lovely house with own garden (300 m²). It has a fully furnished and equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (completely restored) and a new fully equipped kitchen-dining-sitting room with fireplace (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, parquet). The garden has a built-in barbecue area and a lovely dining area in the patio. That offers complete privacy. Just a few meters away from the villa there is a gorgeous white sandy beach. The village is a peaceful hideaway surrounded by green, making it an ideal place if you are looking for calmness and relaxation. At the same time it provides great leisure and entertainment opportunities; in fact all the shops and facilities, small little restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. are at just a few minutes to drive away.

Perfect little hideaway!
We absolutely loved our stay at Villetta Kiki and look forward to returning again someday soon. We visited in May 2018 with our 2 children (aged 9+3). We have visited Sardinia many times before but this was the first time to explore the South Coast.
We chose to stay here because it was close to the beach and the garden looked a safe play place for the children to play. We were not disappointed, the villa was perfect for our family. The garden was fully enclosed and we had use of the toys, bicycles & beach toys during our stay. One of our favourite pastimes was swinging on the garden chair, listening to birds, reading books and enjoying a glass or two of wine.
The BBQ was great too with coals, firelighters and tools all provided. We found the fishmonger at Torre Delle Stelle very reasonable and he prepared our fish us.
The beach was only a 5 minute stroll through the little village to a wooded path, along the river. Keep your eyes open for wildlife, as we spotted a turtle swimming in the river!
The local beach was good for us. It wasn't very busy, but I can imagine in high season it's a different story. We frequented the beach bar to the far left, the owner and staff were very helpful and friendly and even gave us a gift on our last day. A good place for a Spritz and panini.
Mauro kindly met us at the airport and we followed him back to the villa, about a 35 minutes drive. The villa was well stocked with fresh fruit, juice, milk, coffee and toiletries. It was great to have something for dinner and breakfast the first morning. Thank you Mauro & Kiki for your thoughtfulness.
Mauro showed us how all the things worked and he also left the wifi gadget with us.
The only recommendation would be to have an information folder containing helpful information about where to find a pharmacy, supermarket, pizzeria etc. Info about the putting out the rubbish etc.
Mauro was available on his cellphone but we didn't want to disturb him to ask questions all the time.
The villa was well equipped and everything worked well. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The outside shower was perfect for washing all the sand away at the end of the day.
We went in low season, many places hadn't opened for the season but a short car journey away you can find several restaurants. We found a good pizzeria at Loc. Capitana above the Almeria Supermarket and there are plenty of Gelateria's in Villasimius.
We all miss the villa and want to return again soon.
Beautiful setting , peaceful, well equipped - stylish villetta . Away from it all setting but close enough to walk to the beach and drive to several others - Cagliari is around 35mins drive away .
We love it here - especially villetta Kiki - thank you again for a great holiday !
Fantastic villa with all that you could want.
A lovely villa with all that you could want, great air conditioning , which was greatly appreciated! The bbq area was fantastic and so easy to use. Mauro met us at the airport and was a great help showing us the scenic route and all necessary information about the villa and local amenities . Fruit bowl was full and basics were in the cupboard and fridge to get us going which was a lovely touch. Villa is situated in an ideal location to explore various lovely beaches and towns. I would thoroughly recommend this for a great holiday. Many thanks Mauro and family for a great holiday . Brian & Caroline uk.
Mauro met us at the airport as promised and we followed him back to the property via the scenic route. The views were amazing! He pointed out anything of interest such as the beautiful colony of pink flamingos that live on a lagoon outside Cagliari. We went back another day to take some wonderful photos.
On arrival at Villetta Kiki, Mauro spent time showing us around and explaining how to use various appliances. The villa is in a quiet gated area, it is beautifully kept and thoughtfully equipped with anything you might need. The cupboards were full of local products, such as bread, jams, pasta, etc., the fridge filled with milk, juice, butter, eggs etc and even cold Sardinian beers, and a delightful bowl of fruit on the table! The holiday started from the moment you arrived! The hooded bathrobes were an added luxury that we thoroughly enjoyed! We even had mobile WiFi which was unexpected but an added bonus!
Villetta Kiki is surrounded by beautiful, well loved gardens with lots of seating areas so that you can relax in the shade or enjoy the sunshine. There are loungers, a wonderful outdoor shower, a well equipped BBQ area and views of the surrounding mountains! There were even two nests of birds with mum, dad and babies that we enjoyed watching and lots of geckos!
The beach was a leisurely 5 minute stroll along a river through a wooded area, and although all the beaches we went to were beautiful, our favourite was our own local beach! There is a lovely bar / pizza restaurant by the gate which serves delicious pizzas and ice cold beers!
There is a well stocked local supermarket in Torre delle Stelle which has anything you need including delicious meats for the BBQ, fresh fruit and vegetables and local beers and wines at very reasonable prices.
Mauro kept in touch if you needed him and was extremely kind and helpful.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villetta Kiki, and would definitely recommend it. In fact we are planning on returning next year and very much looking forward to it!

We had a fantastic time at Mauro's villa in Geremeas (with a 3 and 7 year old). It was the best equipped accommodation that we have ever stayed in. In particular the mobile WI FI device was really useful when we were out and about. The nespresso machine was used every morning and the outside shower was used at the end of each day! A few other things to mention: the bed was very comfortable, with a memory foam mattress and Mauro was helpful throughout - he lent us a pushchair, bought a beach tent especially for our trip and arranged for his brother to come out in the evening to fix a problem with the gas supply. We went to a different beach nearly every day. Our favourites were Simius, the local Geremeas beach, Porto Sa Ruxi and Solanas. If you go to Nora, the local pizzeria has excellent views and good pizzas. The only possible thing that could improve the stay would be a list of 'local Top 5s' (eg restaurants, beaches, excursions etc.) in the villa - we asked Mauro for some recommendations but couldn't remember all of them. All in all we would recommend this villa to anyone!
A perfect house near the beach
We really did have a fabulous time in Sardinia last summer, the villa was perfect for our family of 3. Everything you could possibly want was here, even food in the cupboards and milk and beers in the fridge on arrival! The villa was a great base for exploring the local area, we were spoilt for choice for beaches. So many a walk or short drive away. The drive along the coast roads everyday where epic! It reminded me of the Almalfi coast in parts as the views where spectacular. Our favourite beach was Mari Pintau perfect for swimming! We cant wait to come back one day, if you stay in this villa you will not be disappointed. Many thanks Mauro and family! We hope to see you again one day. Ciao!

Geremeas is every vacationer's dream of the perfect place to be. A mere 28 kilometres to the east of the hubbub of Sardinia’s capital, Cagliari, is a resort located, where a section of the coast – not visible from the road – offers the loveliest long white sandy beaches imaginable. This is the first vacation area by the way coming from Cagliari. The village is a peaceful hideaway surrounded by green, making it an ideal place if you are looking for calmness and relaxation. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars, clubs and a water-park etc. are in the area at about 1-3 km, only a few minutes’ drive away in Torre delle Stelle. Other shopping venues include a weekly outdoor market as well as a large selection of restaurants, all in Villasimius, a picturesque seaside village only 10 kilometres away that also has a town square, church and marina. The area inland from Geremeas is also well worth visiting for its forests and unique wildlife located near the Sette Fratelli mountains.
