I am a frequent renter of these properties because my sister lives in las cruces. This is the third house wenremt from this particular owner and we have never had any issues. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't find or they forgot to leave the garage door openers for us. This could happen, but my problem is that when I tried to call the contact number, there was no answer. I left a message and never got a call back. We had 2 cars with us and always had to have someone close the door manually and go out the front. Not a huge deal but inconvenient nonetheless. I think every renter should get a call the day of check in from the owner to make sure everything is in order. At least that's what I would do if I owned a property for rent. That's the only reason I don't give the stay a 5 star rating.
Overall this was a really nice place that had everything we needed and the location was great!
Is a very clean and cozy place to spend several days in Las Cruces.
We came to Las Cruces to visit with family. My sister and I both brought our families and there was more than enough space for all of us. This house was so nice and new. It was decorated and furnished incredibly well and there were plenty of appliances in the kitchen. The location was also wonderful. We were a short 5 minutes from Target, Walgreens, and different restaurants. We were so pleased with the location and working with the owners. We would definitely return! Thank you!
We were visiting family and the condo was perfect for our needs. It gave our two teenage kids their own space as well as great family space downstairs and on the patio. We also liked the location and found it easy to get around town with a car. The property is a beautiful condo though the bedrooms were a little sparsely furnished. A sitting chair or desk in the bedrooms would have been nice since we were there for 10 days. Otherwise we had a wonderful visit and would recommend this property to other families.
We had no problems booking and management sent instructions both via email and the HomeAway app which worked very well. We arrived late at night and we were able to follow the instructions and get into the property without having to arrange a meeting time with the manager.
We traveled from El Paso to Las Cruses as it was a four day holiday weekend for my son's military family. The property met our needs as we were traveling with grandchildren. We were able to eat in for some meals and use restaurants for others. We visited museums and downtown craft market.
