In this lovely secluded house, you will only be disturbed by the sound of the crickets, but you are still very close to all cultural and artistic life of "la Côte" : jazz festival in Cimiez,the flower market,the old Nice, the Maegh foundation...

Chagall, Matsse,Renoir,Picasso,Fernand Léger,each has its own museum.

For nature lovers: the Mercantour, the incredible sights of Eze village,Villefranche sur Mer,Saint Jean , the Lerins islands and all the back country.

The house is surrounded by half an acre of typical Provencal garden,which also boasts: an olive grove hundreds of year old,ornamental pond,terraces,a glimpse of the sea and an unobstructed view of the country side .

A swimming pool with overflow,a Jacuzzi,a gazebo,and a barbecue all with plenty of outdoor furniture .

A large living room with a dining corner,4 bedrooms, 1bathroom and 2 shower room,3 WC, all in perfect condition.

Splendide villa avec beaucoup de charme

Après un accueil très chaleureux, nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa bien équipée et correspondant à toutes nos attentes. A quelques kilomètres de la promenade des Anglais, c'est un havre de paix où nous avons profité du spa et de la piscine à débordement. Nous avons apprécié la décoration des pièces de la maison et plus particulièrement la chambre parentale avec accès direct à la piscine. Le jardin parfaitement arboré avec les oliviers, les plantes grasses... sans oublier le bassin aux poissons, est très bien entretenu.

Nous avons eu une semaine exceptionnelle bien ensoleillée et les terrasses bien aménagées nous ont permis de vivre très souvent à l'extérieur. Un grand merci à Anne et Patrice.

Hinreißend - Wohnen wie beim Häusertausch

Äußerst liebevoll, individuell und durchdacht eingerichteter Zweitwohnsitz, der über gemütliche Ecken drinnen und draußen, schier unbegrenzten Lesestoff und den vollen Komfort eines auch vom Vermieter selbst bewohnten Ferienhauses verfügt. Fotos geben authentische Eindrücke wider, alles ist sehr gepflegt und technisch absolut einwandfrei. Auch die Vermieter sind nicht nur außergewöhnlich entgegenkommend, unkompliziert und engagiert, sondern kulturell interessiert und sehr umsichtig bemüht, den Aufenthalt zu einem uneingeschränkten Erfolg zu machen.

Das Haus liegt in einem zersiedelten Dorf ein paar Kilometer außerhalb der Stadtgrenzen von Nizza und etwas höher gelegen in den Alpes Maritimes, daher wunderbar ruhig und klimatisch viel angenehmer als direkt an der Küste. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar, hat aber infolge der Hanglage einen Ausblick über das Tal und sogar das Meer. Die umliegenden Häuser haben ähnlich großzügigen Zuschnitt und werden von Pendlern oder als Wochenendhäuser laufend bewohnt, kleine Bedarfsläden und Restaurant ca. 0,5km entfernt, grundsätzlich ist es sehr ruhig (Nachbarn und Straßenverkehr noch hörbar, vom nahegelegenen Flughafen Nizza dagegen überhaupt nichts wahrzunehmen). Allerdings nur für Motorisierte wirklich zu empfehlen, d.h. Auto oder Motorrad (dafür ideal!): ÖPNV (Bus) Richtung Stadtzentrum und Küste war jedenfalls für unsere jugendlichen Kinder unzureichend und alle Straßen sind sehr schmal, rasant befahren und verkehrsbedingt für Spaziergänge/Fahrradtouren mit Kindern oder Hund nicht geeignet; für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge muss man daher stets Anfahrten über extrem viele Serpentinen in Kauf nehmen (z.B. bis zur Küstenstraße trotz minimaler Luftstrecke mit dem Auto 30 min - Strecke Nizza-Colomars kreuzt die Autobahn ohne Autobahnausfahrt). Außer den Städten und Küstenorten gibt es übrigens an den Caps, im Naturschutzgebiet westlich des Var oder im Nachbarort Aspremont beginnend sehr schöne Wanderstrecken.

Küche, Wohnräume, Terrassen sind für Familien oder Paare perfekt eingerichtet. Die zwei Doppelschlafzimmer oben sind sehr wohnlich und bequem, Bad/WC und Zimmer unten (eines mit Kingsize-Bett, eines mit Stockbett und zwei Klappgestellen) fallen deutlich ab ("Kellergefühl"), Urlaub hier ist aber ohnehin "Draußensein".

Für einen Urlaub, bei dem Tagesausflüge mit "faulen" Tagen auf der Terrasse oder auf der Bank am Goldfischteich, in der Hängematte und im Pool abwechseln, war das der ideale Ausgangsort.

A very nice vacation

We spent a week in this fantastic house. We were two families, nine persons altogether. There was a lot of room, both inside and outside. In the kitchen (and in the house in general) you had all the equipment you needed, and in the garden there were numerous places to hang out. The pool was absolutely fantastic! Clean and beautiful. Without problem, eight persons could be in the pool at the same time, the children could play and dive, the adults could relax. The view was breath-taking. Anne and Patrice, the owners of the house, were helpful at all times and made us feel welcome. We really recommend this house to anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

A vacation to remember in the most charming villa!

We have just returned home after 14 wonderful days in this beautiful house. The interior decoration is very tasteful and charming, full of personality and still very relaxing. The kitchen is unique! Full of quality, and everything you could ever dream of in a kitchen, you can be sure to find it. Each bath has its own style, very tastefully made. The outdoor area is perfect, good space around the beatiful pool, perfect spacy dining area with a big barbecue and a magnificent view, and a cosy balcony in front of the living room. The neigbourhood is quite, and in Colomars we had nice dinners, as well as good pizzas from Steffs. Last but not least Anne and Patrice are such a nice couple, who are just as charming as there house! We look forward to come back again. Many greetings from Sven Erik and Nina

A little paradise

A great place to stay. Beautiful big house, very nicely decorated. Full equiped with quality and good taste. We have stayed 1 week with 10 persons and had a great time. The pool and connected jacuzzi is excellent. The owners are very reliable and do everything they can to offer you a nice holiday in their house. We would recommend this villa.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé des vacances superbes. Cette location est vraiment bien située, jardin splendide, vue magnifique, au calme, vacances vraiment reposantes. Les propriétaires sont très charmants, d'une très grande gentillesse.

Nous ne sommes vraiment pas déçus. A renouveler.
