In front of the subway Blue Line (San Pablo / Dos de Mayo). This is an interior apartment overlooking a courtyard, which is why it is so peaceful and quiet.

Casa perfetta ma.....

Mie moglie ed io abbiamo passato 10 gg. in questa casa e posso dire che e' veramente perfetta per una vacanza, la fermata del metro' e' a dall'altra parte della strada, un supermercato aperto fino alle 23.00 sotto casa, nel giro di 2 Km ci sono ristoranti, (da scartare quelli con insegne con disegnata la paella)bar con brioches, dolci per la prima colazione, bar per il dopo cena, la Sagrada Familia a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. E se poi hai bisogno c'e' Elisenda la padrona di casa che con la sua gentilezza e la conoscenza della citta' e' sempre pronta con un SMS a rispondere a tutte le domande.E allora perche' casa perfetta ma.....

.... l'unico neo se si puo' chiamarlo cosi' e' che la casa ha finestre solo su un lato e non ha nessuna vista perche' chiusa da un muro. Ma si va in vacanza per vedere la citta' e divertirsi o per stare a casa?Quindi anche se un po' buia e' una casa perfetta

Great Location - Would Recommend

My husband & I recently stayed for 6 nights in this apartment. We found the owner to be very responsive to our emails before our stay and while we were at the apartment. There was someone waiting for us when we arrived and a taxi was arranged as requested for our departure. The location is great as it is just across from the Metro station, within walking distance to Sagrada Familia and Avenue Gaudi. We enjoyed the location as it wasn't as busy as you would find around La Rambla but really easy to get everywhere you needed to go. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. My husband wanted to mention that there was no natural light and the shower stall was very small - I pointed out that we knew these things before we rented the apartment but he still wanted to mention it so there you have it. I would recommend this apartment if you're planning a trip to Barcelona.

Close to metro, clean and helful staff!

We spent 3 nights in this spotless apartment! It had everything we needed and Elisenda answered all of our travel questions!

I recommend you download What's App to stay in close contact with her during your stay!

The only drawback is that it has no natural sunlight in the apartment!

Wonderful!

The apartment was perfect. Elisenda allowed us to check in on our own schedule, and was very accommodating. The apartment was walking distance to Sagrada Familia, and Avenue Gaudi- a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We walked nearly everywhere, the beach, Las Arenas--all of which are accessible from the apartment if you don't mind a nice walk. The metro station is right outside the door, which we took to places such as Parc Guell, and it was very affordable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when visiting Barcelona.

Fantastic location, lovely and fully equipped condo.

This condo has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and dishes should one wish to cook. There is a washer and dryer which is very convenient. Having Wi-Fi is a plus. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment is extremely quiet. At times we wondered if we were the only occupants of the building! The building and neighborhood are safe and the convenience of the location cannot be overstated. We walked everywhere or traveled on the metro which is directly across the street from the apartment. We felt that we were part of the neighborhood rather than tourists and that is a wonderful way to experience a new city. The hosts are helpful and respond quickly to all our concerns and questions. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Barcelona.
