The rental is a two story townhouse that is fully furnished and includes a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, (refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher) granite counters, rear patio, and 2 vehicle garage.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the second level along with the 2 of 2.5 bathrooms.

The house was just like the pictures. Everything that we need for the week was available to us. Very convenient to NMSU which was the purpose for us coming to Las Cruces. My children and husband enjoyed the place much better than a hotel. We will definitely be coming back when we come to watch my son play football for NMSU!!! Go Aggies!!!
The home was welcoming and very clean. However, we did not have hot water until the last day of our stay. Also, the garage door opener did not work the entire time. It was not a huge deal but it would've been nice to park in there since a rule of the home was no parking on the street.
We enjoyed our stay in Las Cruces in this unit. The location was easily accessible to points of interest, shopping and main thoroughfares. The bedrooms were comfortable as were the living rooms. The kitchen was pretty well appointed although if you are planning on preparing any meals it would be a good idea to bring your own kitchen knife. The ones provided were awful. There is enough silverware for one meal. It's great to have the garage and there is a nice patio with a gas grill. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented for 1- month (January 2016).
Property Manager needs to go thru their units with a checklist - check to see if EVERYTHING works, has ample lightting, dishes/silverware & bedding.
~ Lighting in entire unit is poor. Small wattage bulbs. ~Large (and only) window blind in Living area is broken. Reported 3-times & never fixed. Can't see to read at all. No lamps.
~In order to heat the living/kitchen are, the bedrooms upstairs are miserably hot. Very uncomfortable. Can't regulate heat.
~Ice maker broke.
~Dark & gloomy. NO pictures or accessories in entire unit. (3-BR).
~Upstairs - bedrooms - carpet not vacuumed lately. found items on floor, & clothes in dresser.
Minimal cleaning & maintenance to this property.
Arrived at the house and found it just as it looks in the pictures. Everything was clean and beautiful the only thing we needed was an outdoor fire pit
This was a lovely townhouse. We were in Las Cruces visiting with our grandchildren and this was so nice compared to a hotel room. Everyone enjoyed it very much. I usually like to see more detail. There is always a fear it is not what is presented. In this case it was exactly as it appears. a few little things different such as bedspreads but sheets, spreads, towels are nice. There was a king bed and two queens. The kitchen has ample small appliances. Not many dishes and silverware but I just bought plastic to compensate. Everything seems new including appliances. Washer and dryer was very helpful. We had no complaints. I think you would enjoy this unit. We certainly plan to rent from them again when visiting family.
