Famiglia numerosa con bimbi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è in ottima posizione per spiaggia e corso pedonale con negozi. Casa fresca e attrezzata. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana! Peccato sia finita

non tornerei

non ho solo commenti positivi, ma anche critiche ed ammetto che non rifarei una vacanza nella stessa casa presa in affitto in questa occasione. Ora elenco brevemente le osservazioni positive e quelle più critiche: COMMENTI POSITIVI: 1) La posizione è ottima, vicinissima sia alla spiaggia che ai negozi. Non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio. 2) La relativa tranquillità del luogo 3) Le verande che rendono osservare il cielo e godere della brezza marina ottimale. COMMENTI NEGATIVI: 1) Letti nelle due mini camerette molto scomodi 2) Divano e poltrone decisamente scomodi - il che rende questa casa un luogo adatto ad ospitare chi passa la giornata in spiaggia, ma non era proprio il nostro caso. La scomodità non ha facilitato il godimento della sua casa... al contrario. 3) Scarsità di comodità, sia in cucina che in termini di wifi. Alla cifra richiesta, ci si aspetta se non altro un forno a micro onde, una connessione wifi ed un bollitore. Come minimo. 4) Mancanza di acqua calda al nostro arrivo assolutamente inaccettabile. Mi spiace ma non è un disagio nemmeno da contemplare quando uno ha pure pagato in anticipo. 5) Non esiste che ci si debba anche adoperare per ottenere sia sacchetti delle varie raccolte differenziate che le informazioni del caso ai vicini perché i proprietari non ci possono pensare prima e lasciare tutte le informazioni a chi prende in affitto la propria casa (e non certo a titolo gratuito). La prego di rivedere questa cosa perché è una vera seccatura che causa non pochi problemi a chi è in villeggiatura, visto anche che non sempre chi dovrebbe passare per la raccolta effettivamente poi passa e raccoglie... 6) L'eccessiva raccolta di "memorabilia" e vecchi ricordi forse fa piacere al proprietario, ma è abbastanza una seccatura per chi prende in affitto una casa e vorrebbe poter appoggiare le proprie cose dove invece trova occupato da oggetti non atti a rendere la permanenza dell'affittuario comoda. In sintesi e senza allungarla troppo, e in tutta sincerità, questa non è una casa che raccomanderei, né che tornerei a prendere in affitto per tutti i motivi elencati sopra. Le opinioni sono personali e sicuramente differiscono tra diverse persone, ma è giusto che chi spende tanto denaro sia messo a conoscenza di ciò che non va.
