3 minutes walk to Burriana Beach. New and very well equipped holiday base. Low rise (3 storey) development. 1 bedroomed (up to 4 people). Double bed settee in the living area.

Fitted to a high standard with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob etc. Quiet residential area yet only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja. Overlooking the swimming pool. Private car parking is provided. (However, a car is not essential for your holiday in Nerja.)

My wife and I use our apartment very often as we believe Nerja to be a magical place. We have travelled extensively in Spain and we continue to favour Nerja as a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy Spanish language,customs and traditions.

We chose this apartment as it is in a small development of only 34 units. A top class managment of he properties mean that we and our guests get a top class product. We have a full time gardener / maintenance man who maintains the gardens to the highest standards.

What makes this apartment unique

Free fast Internet broadband. Easy access as there are no steps or stairs to be climbed. West facing for maximum sunshine. Overlooks the pool. As we use it ourselves mostly we have it well fitted out. English and Spanish language TV channels.

Great position. .

This apartment is in a great location. Near everything by foot, beach, bars, restaurants etc Private undercover car parking, a real bonus. The apartment has everything you could want fora a short or lengthy stay.

Denis was excellent to deal with. Friendly, and the comprehensive local information and directions etc he provided were exceptional. Thanks a lot Denis.

Enjoyable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment for a period of 5 weeks,it provided us with everything we required for our stay, location, surroundings & facilities were ideal. Bonus features for us were the fact that it was a dog friendly apartment and it offered secure parking ,in fact the whole complex was secure and very well maintained. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property as it is in a perfect location to explore Nerja and surrounding area and Burriana beach is just a short walk away. Description of area and apartment is totally accurate and hopefully we would love to return next year. Denis ,the owner was very helpful and provided any help and information we required. Lovely stay and we were sorry to leave.

Great apartment, good location

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks and had a great time, it is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, lovely gardens and nice sunny balcony overlooking the pool.

Nerja is a lovely town, with nice little beaches, quaint streets with lots of shops and restaurants.

Booking procedure straightforward and helpful owner, lots of information on the area.

Very close to Burriana beach, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops, also within walking distance to the town centre of Nerja and other beaches. We hired a car and there was secure underground parking.

Would recommend this apartment, good value for money.

Excellent holiday!

We returned to France three weeks ago following our annual 7 week holiday in Spain. This was our fourth year in Andalucia (Malaga Province), and our first long term stay in Nerja. Jardines de Burriana was a real find. The location and accommodation were perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well supplied. We especially liked the open terrace with full sun from noon to sunset and the personal library of the owners, filled with interesting reading material. The initial contact, booking, paying, check-in, check-out was effortless thanks to the owner, who is beyond efficient and ready to support and assist with any questions you may have about the area, accommodation and activities. We'll be going back next year!

Fantastic apartment on beautiful complex

My husband and I stayed in this apartment with our 13 yr old son. The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic holiday and I have to say that the owner, Denis, was exceptional from the point of booking, right through to the end of our holiday. He was very quick to respond to any query we had and was extremely helpful throughout. I must state that this is the 5th time we have stayed in Nerja, and we have booked again for next yr. The place is absolutely beautiful and fantastic for families. We have always stayed in Burriana Beach, but it is only a short walk into Nerja Town. After going for 5 yrs, there is still much much more that we haven't yet seen. I would highly recommend a trip to Taberna Pepes for fantastic food and wine. We go at least a couple of times every time we stay, and it never fails to impress!! Very typically Spanish and great service.

We took some friends to Nerja with us this yr, and they too have booked again for next yr. I would highly recommend Nerja as a holiday destination, but I would also like to recommend this apartment. Right in front of the pool, and a very secure family friendly complex.

Thanks Denis for your fantastic customer service, and we look forward to our stay next year

Fantastic Apartment

This is a fantastic apartment just a short walk from Burriana beach.

The apartment itself is very nicely furnished and specious. There is one double room with two single beds and a really nice and comfortable couch bed.

There is a really nice balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool which always seemed to catch the sun in the evenings. Really nice to sit out and relax in the evenings after a day at the beach and walking around Nerja.

Myself, my wife, our 1 year old baby and my mother in law, comfortably stayed here for 1 week.

We had a hire car so the secure parking space in the car park under the complex was extremely useful and meant we never had to worry about where to park in the evenings.

There is free broadband internet access available which was really useful when researching local restaurants and activities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would have no hesitation in returning again.

Denis (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with and provided excellent instructions for getting to Nerja from Malaga airport and then getting to the apartment in Nerja.

The centre of Nerja is only a few minutes walk from the apartment - we preferred to take the beach route when possible as it's a nice walk.

There are a lot of restaurants and bars approximately 5 mins from the apartment which was really convenient (too convenient most days!).

Burriana beach is one of the best beaches we've ever seen. Beautiful views, lots of space. Lovely to walk up and down and immaculately clean.

I highly recommend this apartment and have no doubt you'd have as good a time as we had there!

Nerja is a charming resort. Part of its magic stems from the fact that it has retained its Spanish identity and atmosphere. Narrow winding streets, excellent restaurants, interesting local shops, all add to an Andalucian town which you will want to revisit over and over again. A great place to visit anytime of the year.

The Apartment is located on Calle Filipinas, Nerja. It is approx 3 minutes walk to Burriana Beach. Burriana Beach is regarded as the best beach in Nerja. As well as sunbathing, swimming and watersports, you can enjoy the magnificent vista as the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains roll down to the sea. Rates from €21 per night in Dec. Jan, Feb.
