A 2-car garage gives direct access to the home. The living area is on the 2nd floor. Its living room has a large gas fireplace and opens to a balcony which faces the mountains.
The dining room is adjacent to a large gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast counter.
There is plenty of space in this 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo to accommodate 8 guests comfortably.
The master bathroom has a separate shower AND a deep oval soaking tub, dual china sinks and a walk-in closet. It also has granite counters with marble floor. The 2nd full size bathroom comes with its own tub/shower.
The laundry room is located next to the kitchen and is equipped with washer dryer.

** This secured 24-hour gated complex consists of over 1600 dwellings: about half are single family homes and the others are condominium/town homes. It is easily accessible from the 5 freeway and the 261 Toll Road.
** 20 minutes to the Disneyland. 15 minutes to the Orange County airport, beaches and many shopping centers (Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, The District). Less than 10 miles from UCI and John Wayne airport.
** All about 45 minutes to 1.5 hour drive to Hollywood, Universal Studio, Getty Center, San Diego Zoo and Seaworld.

I wanted a property that's close enough to the beach -- here, there is something I love, kite surfing.
It's also important that the community is secured, to allow me peace of mind when I am away. This 'village' is in its own world, with so many amenities and well manicured landscape that one feels like living in a resort.
By California standard, its 180 m2 (1,800 sq ft) of living space is considered spacious for a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo. The 2-car garage adds convenience, while the balcony invites you to appreciate the outdoor even more.
With 6 parks, 5 swimming pools (one is heated year round), 3 tennis courts, and lots of walking/biking trails, you've got to love the outdoor!
And, with almost 1,800 square feet of living space and a BBQ on the balcony, my home is the ultimate destination to get away from it all.

My family stayed in this apartment as a temporary home for about ten months. We became well acquainted with the area and the Northpark neighborhood, and really enjoyed our time there. As to the area, there are many restaurants and shops nearby in The District and The Marketplace (among many others), and there is very easy access to nearby beaches, since the I-5 on-ramp is just around the corner (but not too close to be noisy). There are many recreational trails that run through Irvine for running and biking, which you can get to from right down the street of the apartment, and if you like hiking the San Jacinto mountains are only ~45 mins. away (including the Holy Jim trailhead for climbing Saddleback Mountain). It is a very family friendly place, but there is also quick access to the nearby business centers in Irvine and Laguna Beach. I had an office in Laguna Beach and could usually get there within 30 minutes without using the 5 Freeway. The Northpark neighborhood is very quiet and serene, and the pools, recreational facilities, and playgrounds are all clean and well-maintained.
The apartment itself is very nice. We had two children at the time and always had plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable, and the porch provides a lovely view of the mountains. The layout of the apartment is somewhat odd, with one bedroom semi-open to the living area through large, shuttered windows. However it has all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bedrooms to make it a natural place to feel at home.
This was our first experience with renting a home for vacation. We could not have been more pleased with the home and our entire stay. It has set the bar high for future vacations where renting a home will be needed.
The staff at the security gate were always pleasant. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. We are hoping to stay here again next year.
Stayed at this amazing apt for a week with my wife and 2 girls 13 and 9.
The apt is HUGE and is on a security gated park which is beautifully manicured.
The apt has everything u need, we really didn't need to bring anything. Towels, soaps, washing materials were all there.
Location is great (only 20 mins from Disney!!)
All fixtures and fitting is are of the highest quality also.
Beautiful home At quite neborhood gated community. Furnitures are upscale and comfortable. I liked it a lot. I stayed total of 9 days in absolute comfort during January 2015. I will defenetly recommend it. I will stay here again once I visit California again.
