Enjoy an ideal location on your visit to Eugene. We are located on the edge of the Historic College Hill district, just blocks from downtown, the University and many shops and restaurants.
You will have your own separate entrance, bathroom. and private room. There is a comfy queen size bed, large closet, small fridge, and even coffee and tea for the morning.
There are several restaurants, bars and health food stores within a 10 block radius. Washington park is less than two blocks away and offers tennis/pickle ball courts, spray park in the summer for kids. An ideal Eugene location.
I lived in Eugene for 20 years. I have worked in the restaurant and wine business for the last 20 years as well. I live in a charming neighborhood on the edge of College Hill and wanted to share a space in my home for guests.
Christie Brassard purchased this studio in 2002
The room is very private and comfortable. We are very centrally located here in Eugene. From the house, you can walk or bike to most parts of Eugene.
OMG! It was a lovely room and we loved it very much. Thank you Christie so very much. We will recommend to all our peeps on your place. It was comfort and accommodating. We came for the concert and to see or son at U of O and it came together great! Very, very nice.
Thank you! 😆
Everything you need for a short stay - owner provided all the necessary details - very nice.
This private room and bath was charming, cozy and perfect for us as we had never been to Eugene before and wanted to check it out as we traveled north.. The room had everything plus a little more for a short visit. We slept well - great bed, nice bathroom and coffee in the morning. The high ceiling gave the space an open feel. It was really nice.
The location was convenient to the UO campus (with a car) where we were attending two days of conferences. We only used the premises for sleeping.
The apartment is on a busy street during the day and evening but quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. The actual space is smaller than a hotel room. We like to avoid loud televisions in adjacent rooms in hotels and motels and hallway noise and we accomplished that with this stay.
There is a small refrigerator which we did not use as we ate breakfast at a local bakery.
This was a great place to stay in Eugene - close to downtown and UO. The property was clean and well cared for and very comfortable. Definitely on the small side but more than adequate for a short stay. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations close to town.
