Villa Betty Boo is on the prestigious Hampton Lakes Community which has a swimming pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts for your free use. Hampton Lakes is beautifully landscaped and is a very secure community. Villa Betty Boo has 4 spacious bedrooms and can sleep 8 people comfortably plus a in a crib.

THE MASTER BEDROOM overlooks the pool and has a contemporary En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, wc and vanity unit. King size bed, 32' HD plasma cable TV, ceiling fan and large walk in wardrobe.

BEDROOM TWO has a queen size bed with large built in mirrored wardrobe, Flat Screen cable TV, DVD player and shares the second bathroom with bedrooms 3 & 4.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds in each along with large mirrored built in wardrobes.
The 1st twin is a Betty Boop Theme room with Flat screen cable TV & and bedroom 4 is a Toy Story theme with Flat screen cable TV and PS2.

THE SECOND BATHROOM is a contemporary bathroom with bath/shower, wc and vanity unit.

THE FORMAL LOUNGE has 2 comfortable 3 seat sofas, coffee table and dining table fseating 8 people.

THE FAMILY ROOM has 2 large sofa's, two chairs, coffee table, Large Flat Screen 65' smart Cable TV with multi-regional DVD player, this room leads to the pool area via patio doors, it is also connected to the kitchen.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped, with American fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and enough crockery and cooking utensils for more than 10 people. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs.

THE UTILITY ROOM houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board, hoover etc.

GAMES ROOM, with pool table, foosball table, electronic basketball and darts.

THE POOL is 28' and south west facing, it can be heated and has a pool blanket for the winter months it is also floodlit. The deck is large and also floodlit, we have ample patio furniture and loungers and also have a privacy fence and child safety fence.
A BBQ is available for hire from $71 per week.
THE POOL CAN BE HEATED IN THE WINTER MONTHS FOR ADDITIONAL $20 PER DAY. PLEASE REQUEST WHEN BOOKING.

Villa Betty Boo is fully air conditioned and has central heating. The pool is floodlit and can be heated at an additional cost and has a pool blanket. There is also a £30 cleaning charge on bookings under 7 nights.

This fantastic villa is situated very close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins. away, Universal 20 mins. We have a Publix supermarket and Applebees Restaurant across the road along with the highly renowned Highlands Reserve Golf Course. There are many more courses within a short drive. Champions Gate only 5 mins.

Nice location

The property is in a great location. Pool was nice. Many of the beds and rooms were dated! Needs a serious paint job to modernize the house. Be prepared to buy everything you need - there isn't a starter kit when you arrive. Kitchen utensils are needed. Folks were very attentive to our needs.

Great family Vacay spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was bigger than we expected. There is plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great to have for the kids. We had it heated, and it was totally worth it. Communication was easy. Would definitely recommend this property!

Christmas week stay

First I want to say this home was a great choice, it was huge with plenty of room for my family of 5. The kids loved the pool table , the played multiple games every night after they were done swimming. The pool area was very good , the heated pool worked very well. We were all swimming until 9 almost every night of our stay. We felt the home was clean and inviting, check in was a breeze. The location was excellent, everything we wanted to do was only at most 30 to 40 minutes away, the one day we drove to clearwater for a beach day and that was only a hour and a half away. There were many delicious restaurants close by for delivery choices. We are already talking about our vacation for the end of this year and this home will probably be close to the top of the list !!

I guess they could do better

The pool heater didn't work oh, and the refund that was supposed to be getting back wind up being sent somewhere else. On you couldn't use the barbecue grill cuz he wanted you to pay extra for that too. The water heater wasn't working properly because the hot water didn't work properly in the master bedroom. And the game room that they have in the garage is a joke there was only one ball for the basketball game pool table and half of the stick was broken we were told someone was supposed to bring extra balls that never happened. Not to say that the house was not big it was lovely it was a big home we could use a lot more flat screen TVs I would say at least a 32 inch to a 42 inch TV rather than having one that's I guess I don't know if 17 in where kids could not actually look at the TV. I just think people can do a lot more better when they want your money and you want their services.

I am married with 4 children (well grown up ones) 4 dogs and 2 cats. My husband and I run a small paint spraying company in Windsor UK and have owned our two villa's in Florida for 13 years.

Why they chose this property

We visited Orlando with our children in 1998 and loved it. In 2005 we decided to by our own villa, a friends parents were selling their villa at Hampton Lakes and the rest is history. We absolutely love our villa and have modernised it through out to suit our tastes.

What makes this property unique

We loved the space in Villa Betty Boo, the rooms are huge so you can have 8 people in it without feeling crowded. When we first walked in we were amazed at the size and loved the pool area which we improved by putting up a privacy fencce.
