The villa is in Marina di Cerveteri, a peaceful seaside village in the municipality of Cerveteri, that's an ancient Etruscan town where there is the "Necropoli della Banditaccia" a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
From the apartment you can reach the beach by feet (the distance is approx 900 meters -1 km) or by the shuttle bus whose bus stop is close to the villa.
Also nearby (150 meters) you can find a lot of shops, as well as grocery and pharmacy.
NEAR THE STATION SO MANY CARS EVERY DAY,DIFFICULT PARKING DURING THE DAY,VERY NOISY,
BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDING, NO DOCUMENTATION IN THE HOUSE FOR THE PLACES AROUND THE AREA
"Maisonette très sympatique, avec son petit jardinet.Commerce, gare pour Rome, plage à proximité très pratique. Attention pour tous les allergiques aux moutiques préparez les traitements avant de partir.Sinon a voir à changer la literie sur tous les couchages"
E' stata una bellissima settimana, l'appartamento in ottima posizione e in buone condizioni.
I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili,il tutto merita i pieni voti.
The accommodation is an optimum starting point to visit Rome: infact within 50 meters there's the train station directly connected with the main stations of Rome.
As example you can reach the station Rome-San Pietro (close to the Vatican City) in less than 25 minutes. The frequency of the train service is around 30 minutes, the ticket cost is 3,60 euro one way, or there is a daily ticket called BIRG (8 euro since june 2012) that allows you to take the trains and all the bus-metro service in the city of Rome.
