We love the layout of the townhome and the large living spaces for all our children to sprawl about in. We also love the large bright gourmet kitchen to cook family meals and the new hot tub with which to debrief our day after a day of mountain biking or skiing.

SKIING IN WHISTLER-BLACKCOMB

Our stay was very comfortable, we were a group of four adults and three children and we all enjoyed and were very happy. The house is very well equipped, tasteful and has all the amenities, when we had a problem with the Jacuzzi Shirley solved it the same day. If we return to Whistler we will rent it again. Felt like a second home

This was one of my favorite VRBO rentals!! It was only a 5 minute drive to the village, it was modern, well stocked and easily accessible. Home was large and very clean. Kitchen was perfect for cooking anything. Garage fit two SUVs. The parking in Blackcomb was very convenient. Can't say enough good things about this place! Would definitely recommend staying here and if we are ever back in Whistler, we will stay again!

Fantastic house, terrific amenities, and convenient location

The property was just as described in the listing and accurately depicted in the pictures. It was safe, secure, and had everything my family and me needed for our first visit to Whistler. The house amenities and instructions were perfect. It was centrally located close to the village, easily accessible to the slopes and mountains, as well as any of the multiple attractions of the area. I would definitely recommend staying in this property and hope to again in the future. Julie was always very responsive and thorough. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable , well laid-out and equipped home in a great location near Green Lake trails and views.

Unusual to find good kitchen knives for cooking in rentals. These were super. Tons of dishes and glasses, pots and pans that were great for the 7 of us cooking all our meals. Unfortunately there was no cupboard space available for our food that didn't require refrigeration. The many decorative pillows, candles, trays, flowers etc. (many more than in the photos) made it hard to find a clear surface to put down our things. The fourth bedroom is a private suite in the lower level with a sofa-bed - less comfortable than a bed. There was plenty of secure parking. The concierge service was helpful. On balance this was one of the nicest and best suited places we have stayed in for our family weekends. I'd give it 4.5 stars if the software would let me.

Owner's Response: Hi Lynn, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our property, The Peak. I am so happy to hear you find our home and kitchen well equipped. We do use it frequently as a second home so that is why you may find more decorative touches than most rental properties. In the past our guests have commented that they like these touches and find it gives a more cozy and comfortable vibe than most other rental homes. In addition this includes many small kitchen appliances as well as a wine fridge for our guests use. The majority of stays for our guests are 3-5 nights so for that short time frame I don't believe most find an issue with cupboard space - there is one large cupboard to the left of the fridge that is usually adequate. As you know when you booked I am always up front about the bedding arrangements and always ask our guests that they will be comfortable on a pull out couch in the lower basement bedroom - should the need arise. That being said - we will have a look at the mattress quality. Thanks again Lynn for taking the time to submit a review. We hope to welcome you back sometime. Julie and Blair.
