Modern, quiet, comfortable, fully-furnished two-bedrooms, two-bathes apartment in the heart of Cannes.

This building of beginning of century is located on a small street right in front of the Palais des Festivals.

This 2nd floor apartment has been completely renovated to a modern standard (walls in painting tadelakt, ceiling with spots, parquet floor, double glazing). Bultex high quality matress on each bed.

All the windows have the electric travelling shutters.

Hi-speed internet, freebox TV with foreigh channels, full air-conditioning, TV LCD,(in both bedrooms and living room), DVD player ,iron and ironing board, and dyson vacuum cleaner.

This apartment is centrally located in Cannes and only 30 meters (100 feet) away from the Croisette and Palais. This easily facilitates ready access to both the nearby sandy beaches and the many business conferences.

Also close by are many fine local restaurants. The train station is within 150 meters.

Baby bed rental is not included in the price and has to be booked.

The weekly prices are from saturday to saturday.

For a different week, the price could be higher, and is not always possible.

For a short stay, the price is not calculated on prorata from the weekly price. But it will be a daily price, higher.

Great central location

We have just spent five nights in this 2 bed apartment. It was perfect for two adults and two children. It is right in the heart of the town with the beach, restaurants, shops etc are all less that a minutes walk. We hired a car to explore the surrounding areas. Whilst there is no parking with the apartment there is secure underground parking on the seafront just 100m away, the cost was £75 euro for 6 days, you can come and go as often as you like.

We went out to eat most nights and were spoiled for choice. The quality of the food in every restaurant was fantastic.

Everyone had a great time.

Super location à 30 M de la Croisette !

Super semaine dans votre belle appartement !

Nous étions deux amie venue pour les vacances et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour !

Appartement bien situé. Calme,propre mais avec quelques réserves pour ce qui est de l'équipement :

Fuite du bac à douche, porte congélateur cassée, porte micro-ondes cassé, cafetière électrique en mauvais état, lunette des toilettes non fixée, les télévisions installées dans les chambres ne fonctionnaient pas.... Il est à noter que les photos de l'appartement sont trompeuses, car il s'agit d'un mélange de photos de deux appartements distincts situés à la même adresse.

Déçu de la prestation par rapport au tarif, heureusement on a apprécié Cannes et ses alentours sous le soleil.
