Gorgeous restored 1920's apartment located in the iconic TRIANGLE BUILDING on Adams Ave. Eclectic interior includes original local art, comfortable furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen and TV, WiFi, cable & utilities. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed with an on-suite bathroom, It is possible to set up an air mattress or crib in the living room which also has access to the bathroom through a 2nd door. Recently restored kitchen with new tile, cabinets, counters, etc. New dual pane windows are insulated for those (not so) cold winter nights in SD! Quiet residential building allows you to live like a local and experience the real San Diego.

Spotless, neatly-furnished apartment in an excellent location

Stayed here for 6 weeks with my mutt while I was working in SD.

One of the cleanest, neatest places I have ever stayed.

Has all the amenities as well... comfy bed, fully-stocked kitchen, internet-equipped tv, mp3 player, etc.

The location is walking distance from any number of great bars and restaurants and the immediate neighborhood/neighbors are very dog-friendly.

Would definitely book this place again.

John's Stay

Place was in a convenient location near many restaurants and other businesses. Inside all amenities could be found for your stay. Unfortunately, upstairs there were dogs that would run around throughout the day and in the evening. The neighbor above was very kind in coming down stairs to ask if she was making too much noise, but because the stay was so short there was really nothing that could be done. The other problem was a large amount of daddy long leg spiders in the corners of the rooms. We took out about 15 webs. Other than that it was a good place to rent.

Owner's Response: John, We're happy you found the apartment comfortable and the neighborhood convenient. I do wish you would have contacted me immediately about the dogs upstairs! We have responsible residents at all of our properties and I'm sure we could have helped in resolving the noise issue.
