Standing in the heart of Bessin near the 5 Landing beaches (Utah beach, Omaha Beach, Gold Beach, Juno Beach and Sword Beach), "Fleur des Pommiers" welcomes you in the grounds of an old 16th century farm, a few not from Juaye Mondaye Abbey.
These lodgings constitute a typically Norman set of 3 barns and an old bakery, entirely renovated and renamed "Les Heureux", "Le Bonheur", "Le Charme" and "L’Embellie".

10 minutes from downtown Bayeux, you can also take the opportunity to shop, buy souvenirs, and eat in one of the restaurants in the city.

GITE CONFORME A NOTRE ATTENTE

Ce gite est très agréable, très calme en pleine campagne, très propre, rénové et décoré avec soin et avec goût, spacieux, avec un équipement complet, tout à fait conforme au descriptif et à nos attentes. Son emplacement est parfait pour la visite des sites du débarquement, à 15 km environ d'Arromanches et à quelques kilomètres de Bayeux. Une adresse à retenir.

Nice place but poor communication left us without a place to stay

This is a lovely VRBO in the country and is near all the sites of the D day beaches The owner however did not answer any of our emails in the few days leading up to our stay to confirm the arrival instructions. We used the address provided but even with two GPSs we could not find it and we could not reach her at any of the available numbers. We were forced to find alternate accommodations in town. She did contact us at 9pm (3hours after we had said we would arrive) that night when we hadn’t arrived and did meet us the next day to help us find the VRBO. We have attempted to get our fee for the first night back but she has not acknowledged our request. It is too bad as it is a lovely place but the stress of trying to find a place at the last minute and now having to deal with being reimbursed makes this place not worth it

Beautiful place!! Roomy and very comfortable!

We absolutely loved staying here. Very comfortable home, everything you need. Very close to Bayeaux. Property is well maintained and very quiet and peaceful. We would return here time and again!
