Our home is a simple brick cape that we have renovated to create an open floor plan for entertaining and family fun. We are on a quarter acre with vegetable garden, patio, deck, and are converting the landscape to a permaculture demonstration site. Five block walk to Main Street, post office, grocery store, restaurants, coffee, well-known music venue (one jazz, the other folk). 15 min walk to train station. Ten minute walk to Mt. Beacon trail head.You can also use two bikes we have.
Getting around: Metronorth train. Right off Rt 84 and Taconic Parkway. Walkable to most amenities in town.
We are gardeners, bikers, and nature lovers who appreciate finally having a house after living in New York City for ten years.

We think it is desirable, fun, and centrally located. Good for four seasons with wood stove or vegetable garden (depending on when you visit).
