THE RESERVATION DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND ALL DAY SUNDAY, SO PLEASE DON'T PRE-PAY ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY: while I have availability, I must check with the resort to see if they are already booked for your dates.
These are NOT Westgate units ... they are units operated by the property owners association (POA).

Blue Tree Resort offers a location just a few blocks away from Disney’s entrance on route 535. There are a lot of eateries and shops close by, and a grocery store not far away. The resort sprawls over a generous 16 acres of property which has 18 separate condominium buildings of various shapes and sizes – none more than 3 stories. Upgrades and maintenance on these buildings continues to be impressive. The grounds are well kept. On the mostly fenced-in property there are three heated outdoor pools available. Outdoor grills are also open. Amenities may change depending on COVID-19 response changes by governments or the resort. Current cleaning practices are enhanced with deep cleaning including spraying of furniture. If you need a handicapped unit or a first floor unit, please let me know upon initial contact. All units received new windows and the POA completed the painting of the outside of their buildings. Units have granite counter tops in the kitchens, flat screen TVs and a DVD. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all units and for unlimited devices. Unit has a washer and dryer. Blue Tree re-did Pool #2 with new pavers and interactive sprayers in the kiddie pool. They do continual refurbishments of the units. A decorative fence has been added around the front perimeter of the property. Stainless steel appliances have been placed in units. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. More check-in information will be provided on your confirmation.

Reservations possible year-round unless the resort is already fully booked: the earlier you act, the more likely you are to get what you want.
Reservation to be in 7-night interval, and typically run from Saturday to Saturday. However, the resort may allow me to do otherwise in the off seasons: please ask.
Linens and towels are provided in each unit as are utensils.
Reservations can be made for 2023 only.
Once you pull in to 12007 Cypress you'll go about 25 yards and there will be an unattended guard shack on your right. Turn to the right just after the guard shack and you'll see the check-in/check-out building about 75 yards directly ahead of you. There is temporary parking there for checking in and out. Once you go inside the check-in desk will be to your left. The Activities office is to your right. And there also is a small computer room for your use just after the Activities office.
