About the property


Typical Menorquin house, completely renovated and south facing so it has sunlight all day. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, utility room, toilet, large living room with wood stove, a single room (extra bed: optional), bathroom and a double room with double bed. The first floor has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom and a terrace of 20m2. The exterior features a 35m2 furnished terrace, barbecue area, washing line, garden with lawn, private parking and a garden with seasonal foods that you can enjoy for free. The whole property is fenced to increase privacy. Due to its characteristics and location it’s ideal to spend a few days off in summer and winter.


The house is located in the village of Pou Nou between fantastic cycle routes and walking paths. The area is largely agricultural and very very quiet, but having the great advantage that the nearest town is 1 km away and the capital of the island and beaches are at less than 4 km.

The nearest beaches are Cala Rafelet, S'Algar Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Binibeca and Binissafuller.

Delightful and charmibg

My friend and I had a wonderful trip and we were met by Elana who took us through everything, we really enjoyed cooking outside and eating wonderful fruit and veg from the garden. As I a ll ready know SNT Lluis is was good to show it off t o my friend, we ate well and enjoyed the Fish market in Mahon. The Villa was very well equipped and yes we would defi b at Ely stay again . I hope.

Comfortable home in delightful rural setting.

Beautiful house, well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable, with a large and enchanting garden. We enjoyed delicious home-grown potatoes and eggs from the chickens, and used the bikes on several occasions. Lovely quiet rural location, yet just outside the town. Great and efficient communication from owner / manager, very welcoming and hospitable. Would definitely recommend; thank-you.

We had a great time in that house. We stayed there from 25 of December 2012 to 15 of Feabruary 2013. Firstly we were impressed of the preporation that owner have done for our arrival. There were everything ready for us. A little "welcome" product pack and firewood was ready. The house is in a great place, just five minutes away from the shop, airport and a capital of Minorca. The owner of the house kindly allowed us to use everything that is growing in the garden. We enjoyed some fresh srawberries, potatoes and salads. Everything is beautifly designd in the house and all details make us you love this house. We are certainly going to come back

Super séjour

Nous avons passés un super séjour dans cette grande maison avec jardin! Nous avons vraiment appréciés la générosité des propriétaires qui mettent à disposition vélos (avec casque pour les enfants!), potager (fraises, aubergines, poivrons, courges) et les oeufs frais du matin. Les enfants se sont éclatés dans le jardin, balançoires, jeux, tyrolienne, petite maison...Le quartier avec ses maisons minorquines est très chouette, le passage un peu étroit mais on s'y fait! Et l'île est superbe! Merci

Casa muy cómoda con muchos detalles. Magníficos electrodomésticos. Huerta muy productiva, imposible consumir su producción y las de las gallinas. Solo una pega la cama de matrimonio de abajo muy estrecha y por el colchón o somier como uno de mueva el otro bota, a partir de la 2ª noche durmieron en ella las dos niñas.

Owner's Response: Buenos Días. Siento mucho que la cama de abajo no haya sido de su agrado pero si hubiera leído la descripción de la casa en ella ya especifica que dicha cama es 135 cm de ancho. Sobre el tema del colchón en todo el tiempo que la he alquilado nadie se ha quejado de el pero comprobare si se a deteriorado o ha sido que usted que no se ha adaptado a el, pero no se preocupe que si realmente esta deteriorado lo cambiare. Un saludo
