Beautiful Luxury Villa with 4 bedrooms, Private pool, Courtyards and Gardens.

The luxury Villa is ideally located close to fantastic sandy beaches ( protected nature reserve) and with beautiful views over the Nuevo Portil Golf Course. The Villa has been recently decorated and furnished with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.

There are two double/twin bedrooms on the ground floor with bathroom and an extra Queen size bed located in the guest wing with ensuite bathroom. Ground floor also comprises kitchen, dining and separate WC with access onto the garden at the back.

The luxury master bedroom is located on the first floor with ensuite bathroom and a very large terrace with spectacular (private) views over the golf course. All three bathrooms have a bath and shower.

You could spend your vacation simply relaxing by the private pool with its own shower and BBQ or dining in the private courtyard.

If you are looking for more activities the beach is 5 mins away and definitely recommended during the day or for a stroll in the early evening. A boardwalk runs along the beach which gives a great view of the Spit and Marina at El Rompido.

We have further Information on the many activities available in the area in the Villa and there is a tourist information office located in Punta Umbria nearby.

Luxury private Villa located near the Nuevo Portil Private Golf Club and Course. The Villa is located in its own grounds with pool and courtyard with beautiful views along the Golf Course.

The nearest airports are Sevilla and Faro, both are approx. 1hr and fifteen minutes away. There are public buses nearby and bicycles for hire from the seafront.

El Rompido is a small fishing village 5 mins away by car with a Marina, lighthouse and some of the best Tapas you have ever tasted. Boat trips can be booked here or if you prefer watersports there are several schools in the area, even on the beach close to the Villa. A series of Chiringuitos dotted along the beach near the Villa provide a great G&T whilst watching the sunset and there are more bars/restaurants in Nuevo Portil just down the road. The local Golf Hotel has internet facilities.

If you prefer to entertain at home we have a purpose built BBQ and table to seat 10 people next to the private swimming pool.We are sure you will have a wonderful experience and we will do eveything we can to make sure it is relaxing.
