Ideale come punto d'appoggio per soggiorni brevi nella zona
La casa si trova in una zona residenziale a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro e fa parte di un unità plurifamiliare. L'abbiamo trovata in ordine e pulita e le uniche pecche riscontrate sono la cameretta estremamente piccola (di fatto ci sta solo un letto a castello), e per chi necessita del quinto posto letto, il divano-letto è molto scomodo. Sarebbero necessari alcuni upgrade. La casa non è infatti provvista di TV con nuovo decoder (per cui sono pochissimi canali visibili), connessione WIFI e soprattutto condizionatore, che nelle serate particolarmente calde, risulta fondamentale. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo riscontrato la presenza nel vicinato di gruppi di ragazzi molto maleducati, che schiamazzavano fino a tarda notte. Probabilmente si tratta di una situazione che può variare nel corso del tempo, ma di fatto annulla il vantaggio che la posizione defilata dovrebbe garantire, ovvero la tranquillità.

Sehr sauber
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es fehlte jedoch Toilettenpapier, Seife, Waschmittel und Abwaschmittel, was sehr schade war. Die Lage ist nahe der Altstadt.

Appartement Via Caravaggio Orosei
Hartelijke ontvangst door waarnemer van eigenaar. Het appartement was erg schoon, met uitzondering van de douchebak. Prettige veranda, aansluitend aan de woon- eetkamer. Beide andere veranda's niet echt bruikbaar. Helaas slechte verlichting met koken; geen verlichting boven kookplaat. Snelle reactie van eigenaar op vragen.
