Two Deluxe units: 2BR/2BA+2BR/2BA, right on the ocean

RIGHT ON COLLINS AVENUE, BEACHFRONT BUILDING, HUGE POOL, 2 TENNIS COURTS, GYM, MINI MARKET, 24/7 FRONT DESK, VALET PARKING

Travelling with your family or friends and want to stay all together? Prefer to cook by yourself while on the vacation? Or maybe you just want to feel yourself like home, not like in a hotel. If you have many people in your party, or want to have some privacy from your friends or kids - this great option will definitely suit your needs and expectations. Accommodates up to 12 guests (6 in each unit).

Total TWO fully furnished units – 2BR/2BA + 2BR/2BA.

You will have 2 separate 2B/2BA apartments located up close or right next to each other, depends on availability, we always try to accommodate big groups together!

Each of 2 units will has - 1 Queen bed in one bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom, sofa (not a sofa bed) in the living room, large balcony. Each kitchen will have a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dining table and chairs. All the utensils, plates, pots, glasses are provided.

The apartments are located in a hotel style building in the heart of Miami Beach on Collins ave and 51st street, framed by the beautiful beach on one side and spectacular sunsets over Biscayne Bay on the other. The building has direct beach access, two private tennis courts, swimming pool, mini-market, gym, full service front desk, 24/7 security, valet parking among other amenities.

The building is just 3 miles from South Beach (Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, Convention Center). Midtown, Wynwood Art district, Downtown Miami, Port of Miami, Miami International Airport and Aventura mall are all about 15-20 minutes away. At the front desk you can get the information about the tours around Miami.

To get around you can take a FREE trolley ride (stops right in front of the building), take Uber (the best option in town) or rent a City Bike. If you own a car, the building offers a valet parking for $45 per day, ins and outs permitted. 2 blocks away there is a public parking lot, it is free from 6pm until 8am and $1/hour during the day.

Please note: The pictures represent several units with the similar interior and furniture. The exact units are assigned upon arrival. All units have water view – either Ocean, Bay/Downtown or Partial Ocean/Bay view. To guarantee the Ocean view IN ADVANCE the building requires a fee of $35 per night per unit. If you would like to opt in, please specify, so I will be able to adjust the price.

At check in, the building will charge a mandatory Resort Fee of $28.50 per night per unit. Resort fee includes 2 beach chairs, beach towels, wifi, gym access, tennis courts. Additional set of 2 chairs + 1 umbrella can be rented for $30.

Overall decent place

The pictures are a little deceiving. Everything is older and more rundown than we were expecting. That being said it was a perfect place for us to rest our head while enjoying Miami. It was convenient to Uber to our destinations. The price made the stay worth it.

The property was not advertised correctly. The pool was drained and in bad shape.

The restaurant had only been open a week and no liquor license. The listing shows active pool and we were never notified of anything otherwise. Would not stay at the property again and would not recommend.

Owner's Response: Dear Penny I am sorry you had not a pleasant experience during your stay. 1) We were supposed to reopen the pool at the beginning of October and there were several delays during the renovation. We didn't know the exact day the pool to be reopened, this is why we didn't notify you in advance. Now to pool is in full operation. I didn't receive any email from you with the complaint about the pool, I would definitely do something, possibly offering you another accommodation in the area. 2) We never advertised a restaurant in the amenities nor in the description. We just opened it less than a month ago and it is working in the testing mode. I am not sure why you complain about something that was not even supposed to be provided. Thank you for your feedback, we will do our best, so the future guests have a wonderful experience during their stay. Mikhail

Good but could use new carpet and toilet system

Overall I had good experience. Many Miami buildings are old so it's OK. The rooms had been remodeled, but why not replacing carpets also, or replacing with laminate or whatever for easy maintenance. The "green" toilets are definitely not great with very weak flushing suction. If you stay here, prepare for old carpet and flush several times while doing your business to avoid clogged toilet. Pool and access to beach is great. Did not check out other amenities.
