Immersed in the green countryside of Abruzzo Teramo, near the beautiful medieval village of Cermignano, I rent for 4 / 5 persons, villa, finely restored and completely new furnishings.
The house is on two levels: on the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette and a bathroom; on the second floor, which is accessed via internal staircase, lies a corridor with two lovely bedrooms (one with en bathroom) and a large bathroom.
Outside the house, porches and two outbuildings are a common area to be used also for parking.
We propose an alternative type of holiday in a relaxing, away from the stress of the city ensures maximum comfort: the apartment has, in fact, as well as household appliances, including LCD satellite TV, HI FI, phone, and upon request , wireless internet. You can also enjoy complimentary use of mountain bikes and other gear if you enjoy gardening. How nice to get up in the morning and prepare a tasty breakfast can be enjoyed outside in the beautiful porch. Or a nice grilled meat purchased on site.
Or, why not go to the neighboring farm to taste the local specialties ... and many other beautiful things to discover.

Très beaux logement au calme dans les hauteurs des montagnes avec magnifique vue. Logement très agréable et relativement bien équiper. Un peux éloigner des commerces et des côtes. Accueil très chaleureux (langue italien). Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.
