About the property

At the famous Campo de Ourique quarter. Centric but quite.

Apartment located at the starting point of the world famous tram 28 in Prazeres.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 3 beds (twin bunk bed and one individual bed). An extra bed may be installed (extra cost)

It has a spacious kitchen where you can also make all your meals. There is also a living room and dining room and a bathroom with bathtub.

The apartment is located in a quiet square which is the departure of the famous tram 28. This historical tram goes through Lisbon and its history on a slow motion journey. It's a long ride through the hills and narrow streets at the sound of tinkling bell that was recently considered by "Rough Guide to the World" as one of "1,000 Ultimate Travel Experiences in the world ".

The apartment is located on the edge of the popular “Campo de Ourique” neighborhood, with its streets full of elegant buildings of the early twentieth century, many restaurants, coffee shops, pastries and shops, among them the original store of the "Best chocolate cake in the world" (Rua Coelho da Rocha, 99).

In addition to tramway "28", from the square departure also three bus lines that ensure easy and fast connection to the rest of the city: 74, 709 and 701 (more info at www.carris.pt ).

Indoor private car parking may be arranged uppon request with an extra cost.

Très bon séjour!

Appartement spacieux et confortable, bien équipé. Il est très bien situé pour les transports en commun et les commerces. Quartier calme, les restaurants aux alentours sont sympas, notamment le "stop" conseillé par le propriétaire. Ce dernier nous a commandé le taxi pour le retour vers l'aéroport, ce que nous avons apprécié.

"Nice and roomy apartment with big and good equiped kitchen. Besides some planes it is very quiet and nothing to complain. City of Lisbon is good to reach within 15 Min. by famous line 28.

Owner's Response: You were very nice guests and we would like to have you back. Just one small comment: Lisbon has many advantages and one of them in having its airport inside the town… commuting is very cheap and fast but you notice the planes all over the town although they cannot fly at night. Landing in Lisbon from the south (most of the times) is also a remarkable flight experience since you fly over the town coming from the beaches at the south of the river Tejo.

Après un mauvais départ : baignoire complètement bouchée et volet roulant de la chambre enfant cassé (nous avons réparé les 2!), l'étendoir à linge lui aussi cassé permettant peu d’étendage et l'absence de parking avec la location, le séjour s'est bien passé car le logement est confortable et bien situé.

A BORDO DO 28 LISBOA

A propriedade é Boa e zona calma e em redor tem tudo que possa precisar.

Os donos de propriedade foram simpáticos no acto do check-in mas muito mal intencionados após o check-out e tudo por causa do noite Exmos Senhores

1. É com muito desagrado que recebi o vosso mail e pelo conteúdo final, parece que pretendem arranjar argumentos para não devolver a caução, esta que eu nem me lembrava.

2. Saibam que somos pessoas idôneas e em relação a casa não fizemos nada que tenha posto em causa a vossa moradia.

3. Sou viajante de longa data e sei das minhas responsabilidades, pois no vivo debaixo da Ponte e sou uma pessoa com caracter e modesta parte, com formação intelectual acima da média.

4. Por favor desafio a mandarem as fotos, as quais desde já reitero que não passam de manobras dilatorias.

5. Querem ficar com a caução, fiquem mas nao arranjem argumentos dinigrindo o meu nome.

6. Em relação as toalhas, procurem informar-se junto de quem presta os serviços de acomodação como funciona, parece que não obstante estarem desde 2011 nessa área, há aspectos que vos escapam.

7. Partiram-se 2 copos e deixei para que vissem pois sou idôneo. Não mencionaram porque?

8. No pagamento existe uma taxa de limpeza. Afinal para que serve?

9. Não deixamos lixo na casa. O que ficou( uma embalagem de brinquedos) como depreendeu, esta arrumado e só não foi ao caixote porque está manhã não encontramos.

10. Não há vidro riscado, havendo não fomos nos que o fizemos.

11. As regras transmitidas sobre a casa foram todas cumpridas e nós so tomávamos o pequeno almoço na casa como adiantamos, a maior parte do dia estavamos fora.

12. Uma sugestão:

a) Mudam o sofá da sala pois já é demasiado antigo.

b) Coloquem papel higiênico na casa e copos para escovar.

c) o gel de banho, 2 apenas?

d) As toalhas por regra são trocadas todos dias.

Penso que arranjaram a pior forma de me abordar e para que conste não me lembrava desse aspecto de caução mas julgo muito deselegante da vossa parte, inventar argumentos por causa duma caução.

É vossa responsabilidade limpar a casa depois da retirada do inquilino. Não deixamos a casa suja.

Sou membro de várias plataformas de viajem e nunca tive problemas com comportamentos.

Passem bem e sucessos nas vosssas vidas do valor da caução.

Appartement agréable et très confortable

Merci encore à Lurdes et Rui pour leur bon accueil. Les renseignements qu'ils nous ont transmis ont été utiles. Leur appartement est très confortable et très propre (Logement que nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller à des personnes qui désireront visiter Lisbonne). La ligne de tram 28 au pied de l'appartement est très appréciée. Nous sommes dans un quartier où l'on trouve tous les commerces et son Mercado à quelques pas avec son ambiance c'est génial. Nos ados ont bien apprécié.

bonne location

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement de Lurdès (4 nuitées). Appartement fonctionnel, très propre et très bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun (bus et tram près du logement donc facile pour accéder dans le centre de lisbonne)Je recommande donc cet appartement pour vos séjours à lisbonne.

The apartment can be accessed from the airport by car / taxi (6.7 km / 20min) or using the bus lines of the "Carris" (Aerobus/n.91 and Aeroshuttle/n.96) that connect the airport to the Marques de Pombal Square area and hence easily making the connection with any of the bus route mentioned :
