ocated in the historic center of Seville. In a quiet place. In an ideal place to visit the city on foot - It has all the amenities: shops, supermarkets, shops, ... All the important places in the city are close by. The Cathedral and the Giralda are within 5 minutes walk. At 30 meters from the Plaza de la Encarnación. Brand new and fully equipped with central air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Equipped with quality appliances: HDTV FULL HD 49 and 32-inch satellite TV, stereo hi-fi and DVD and BLU RAY. They have free internet access in all rooms.

The two apartments have two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The maximum capacity of each is 6 persons.

One of the apartments along with the yard is located on the ground floor. The second apartment is a duplex located the second and attic floors 3 floors. .

The two apartments are completely isolated from the outside with walls of 1 meter thick and double glazed windows and PVC (4 crystals). Ensuring at all times a peaceful rest. It is completely ecological and hot water is provided by solar panels that are stored in a large flask of 300 liters. The apartments are fully air conditioned and have central air conditioning. The penthouse has a large terrace of almost 40 square meters where you have another dining table for 6 and a group of sofas. Allowing to make meals on the terrace and sunbathing on some of the chairs. It is shaded by a beautiful pergola that has a canopy, which serves to provide shade and protect when it is very sunny.

he house, situated in the best area of the city, we have to use us and our children. Live outside, my daughter and her family in London and we and my son in Huelva. Only we rent to persons responsible so that they can enjoy it and our city when we did not use. With this we help to pay.

What makes this apartment unique

The first advantage is its location: in the heart of historic Seville. Less than 40 meters from the Plaza de la Encarnación (where the famous "Mushrooms"). Unless about 8 minutes walk from the cathedral and the Giralda, less than 5 minutes walk from City Hall. All attractions are very close to walking. In the commercial center of Seville. La Campana, Sierpes Street, El Corte Ingles, Mango, Zara, ... and all shops commercial firms are in the area. Within a radius of 100 meters you have all kinds of shops, markets and supermarkets and also has more than 50 restaurants of all types where you can taste the exquisite cuisine of Seville and gourmet restaurants, ecological and international food.

The second is the quality offered by the apartment. The street is quiet. But also the rest is ensured by the exceptional insulation apartments with outside. The house is in lower walls 1 meter thick. And all the windows facing the street has two windows. Each of these windows are thermally and acoustically insulated. The apartments are fully air conditioned. They have central air conditioning the best brand. And thermal radiators in each room.

The third advantage is the equipment they have. All the appliances you may need and top quality. HD TV with satellite connection. WIFI in all rooms.

Maid service is exceptional. The apartment is always clean and spotless find.

Beatiful Terrace

Lovely apartment located just at the end of the tourist area. Walking distance to everything. Car is not needed. Taxi stand around the corner for easy connections to airport, train or bus stations. Unit has two bathrooms with all the hot water you could need. Well equipped kitchen and good internet. There is a large private furnished terrace. Although there is no view, it is fairly private.

Upon check-in some Spanish would help. The housekeeper is a lovely woman but speaks no English. This apartment is an excellent value for the money.

Apartamento muy cómodo igual como lo aprecias y lo ves en la internet, completamente equipado y lo mejor es la localización cerca que todas las facilidades de la ciudad , tanto locales como turísticas , caminando llegas a todo sitio , muy buena vecindad y agradable ciudad.

"A lovley spacious and well equipped flat in the heart of Seville, all sites being within easy walking distance. The hosts were very welcoming, even when we arrived five hours ahead of scheduled and took time off work to let us in."

The only downside is the location, fronting onto a street which caused some noise nuisance at all hours (there is a small bar opposite).

THe flat is well equipped with modern appliances and new furniture and it was a pleasure to have a base so centrally situated that we could return during the day for a break from sightseeing.

NB to shopoholics - very close to the main shopping street, El Corte Ingles and supermarket

Owner's Response: Thanks for giving us the highest rating and recommend our apartment. These days a festival was held in our district. This explains what happened. Our apartment is situated in a quiet area of central Seville. In front of our house there is no bar. Front of our house there is another house with apartments. Close, but no front or side, there is a small place that is sometimes used as a club. This club has no music or noise causes that disturb our apartment. Sometimes it happened that at about 10-11 am on a Saturday when people leave the club, there is some noise from people who are fired. If this happens, is easily solved by closing the window of the room during this time. Our apartment is fully soundproofed and insulated from the outside and the walls are nearly 1 meter wide.This year, more than 40 families have spent some time in our apartment and no one has made any comments on this topic.

It's in a very central location which is quite convenient as lots of sights are at easy reach, and It's also quite close to the bus stops if you prefer not to walk. Nice area. Appartement bien situé totalement climatisé

Appartement très propre bien équipé en électroménager, situé à deux rues du Métropol parasol. Seuls bémols: un seul torchon pour tout le séjour et peu d'eau chaude disponible le matin et le soir mais disponible en quantité suffisante dans l'après midi, voisins du deuxième étage bruyants. Nous conseillons cet appartement. Restaurant préféré de tapas: el pinton. Conseil en été, un verre de tinto de verano aux terrasses du Metropol parasol, hotel donia maria, du supermarché El Corte inglès (équivalent des galeries lafayette en plus petit) d'où nous avons une superbe vue soit sur la giralda soit sur la ville de Séville. Excellent séjour

The apartments are located in the center of Seville. Next to the square of the Incarnation. Very close to all the attractions of the city and the main markets, shops and restaurants that will be able to walk. Very close to the English Court, the Museum, the Plaza de Salvador. A 5 minute walk away is the Barrio de Santa Cruz. The Cathedral, the Giralda and the Royal Alcazar are about 8 minutes walking. The apartment can be reached from the railway station of Santa Justa walking (15 minutes) or by bus number 32 (7 minutes) to the stop IMAGE.

From the airport (5 km) can be reached by bus (50 minutes) from the airport to the nearest station of Santa Justa and then continue on bus number 32. The price is 4 euros. By taxi (about 15 minutes) the fixed price is 22 euros.
