Large air conditioned apartment in a pleasant residence with community swimming pool and children's area, standing only a few minutes from Salou's maritime promenade, close to the beach, shops and to Port Aventura.

Functional and bright, this is a quality apartment, composed of three double bedrooms, the main one in suite with double bed, big closet, bathroom with tub and a picture window to walk out to the property's main terrace, the second one with two single beds, a closet and access out to the terrace, and the third one with pullout bed and closet. There also is a second complete bathroom with bathtub, a completely equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, much storage and a large work surface, opened to the pleasant living room with dining area, a comfortable double sofa-bed as well as a television with satellite.

A wide picture window allows direct access out to the main floor large furnished terrace (table, chairs, deck furniture) where you'll find a spiral staircase to walk up to the beautiful private rooftop solarium terrace on the upper floor (80 sqm), completely fitted out with sun beds, little tables, plants, etc …, so that you enjoy beautiful days and relax.

On the fifth and last floor of this residence with elevators, this apartment is completely equipped, including the air conditioning (or heating depending on the season) installed as an integrated system and covering therefore the whole of the apartment, an unlimited Wifi Internet connection, a satellite TV with international channels, the complete linen with bed sheets and shower towels as well as a private parking spot in the residence.

The residence it is part of is a modern family residence with a beautiful swimming pool of 19m x 7m witrh a separation for young children, outdoor shower as well as a wide green zone with a children playground (slide, swings, etc …).

In a residential area, about 850 metres from Salou's main beach, Playa Llevant, with its beautiful Jaume I maritime promenade lined with fountains, palm trees, children playgrounds in the sand, shops, restaurants, beach huts to enjoy a cool drink or tasty ice-cream, etc … , this property stands about 1,5 – 2 kms from the other important beaches in Salou such as Playa Ponent (in the direction of Cambrils) or the beaches Capellans, Llenguadets and Llarga, in the direction of Cap Salou and La Pineda.

Only 450 metres from the residence stands Salou's famous Plaza Europa, allowing to reach, through a shopping street, Avenida Principado de Andorra, the very tourist centre with the more animated streets like Avenida Carlos Buigas with restaurants, bars, shops, games rooms, etc …

The pedestrian access to Port Aventura is only 5 minutes walk from there and it is easy and quick, from the residence, to go to the cities of Reus or Tarragona, thanks to the speedways, by car or by bus (regular 24-24 lines).

Salou is a renowned seaside resort located 100Km South from Barcelona, and is 10km from Tarragona and its cultural patrimony.
