Air conditioned apartment, in a nice residence with a large swimming pool close to Salou's maritime promenade, to the beach, shops and to Port Aventura.

Functional and bright, this is a quality apartment, it counts with 3 double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms for more comfort, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, opened to the pleasant living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed.

A large picture windows allows direct way out to the large furnished terrace (table, chairs, deck furniture) on the main floor where you'll find a spiral staircase to get to the rooftop solarium terrace (80 sqm with sun beds).

On the fifth and last floor with elevators, this apartment is fully equipped with the air conditioning (or the heating depending on when you're coming), the Wifi Internet connection, a satellite with foreign channels, the linen (sheets and shower towels) as well as a private parking spot in the residence are included.

The residence it is part of is a recent family residence with swimming pool (separation for young children), outdoor shower, as well as a large green zone and children playground.

In a residential area, about 800 metres from Salou's main beach, Playa Llevant, with its beautiful Jaume I maritime promenade lined with fountains, palm trees, children playgrounds in the sand, shops, restaurants, beach huts to get a fresh drink or tasty ice cream toes in the sand, etc...

Only 350 metres from the residence you'll find Plaza Europa from where you directly access (thanks to a shopping street) to the very centre of Salou and to all beaches as well as to the closeby seaside resorts (La Pineda, Cambrils...) and to the cities of Reus and Tarragona.

The pedestrian entrance to Port Aventurais only 5 minutes walk from the residence.

This apartment is ideal for your trip to Salou given you can move around without using your car and enjoy the sun on the solarium terrace, the swimming pool and the beach.
