MAGNIFIQUE APPARTEMENT

Appartement spacieux, tout confort, propreté irréprochable, au calme, sécurisé, avec gardien, wifi, grande terrasse entièrement équipée et avec plantations.

Tout à proximité : Carrefour City 4mn, plage 5mn, gares SNCF et routière 10mn, pas besoin de voiture. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, vous serez enchantés !

L'appartement est idéalement situé : à quelques pas de la rue piétonne, et de la mer, mais au calme. Impeccable, spacieux, décoré avec goût et offrant tout le confort, nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Garage, climatisation, store électrique, grande terrasse, calme de la la rue... Nous conservons précieusement cette bonne adresse. Et remercions le propriétaire pour son accueil et sa mise à disposition de bons plans.

Que dire de plus après toutes ces belles appréciations : tout est parfait !

Il faut ajouter que, côté cuisine, rien ne manque : que ce soit les ustensiles, la belle vaisselle et les appareils ménagers de qualité.

De plus, situation privilégiée dans un environnement idéal. Tout est superbe !

Le propriétaire est très agréable et à l'écoute de ses locataires.

An excellent apartment for a holiday.

This apartment made an excellent base for our short holiday of one week. It was clean and fresh and kitted out with all the necessary bits and pieces that go towards making a holiday joyful and trouble free, it was superb. For seeing the sights, I can recommend a foray into Italy to see the market in Ventimiglia on a Friday which is only about 15 minutes away, you can drive or take the train, San Remo is about 30 minutes. For a lovely walk try the coastal pathway into Monaco which for the most part is shaded and vehicle free, its a good hike and you can get the train or bus to come back home. Menton is a lovely small town with a casino, a port, beaches, bistros and loads of restaurants. We had a great time and I can thoroughly recommend it.
