Ideally located along the harbour front in the heart of Palma with great views.

Completely renovated and fitted out with new modern Italian furniture throughout. An American style kitchen area spills out to the dining room and lounge. The apartment is south facing and has large Climalit glass sliding doors that allow access to the terrace. Separate bedroom with double bed and separate access to the terrace balcony. Bathroom includes a bath and shower facility.

A great option for city-breaks and short term stays!

Free parking available outside on the road below the apartment.

By car the apartment is only 10 minutes away. There is a regular bus service from the airport every 20 minutes and journey time is approximately 40 minutes leaving you within 100m of the apartment.

Palma is extremely close either by bike or car.

Directly below the apartment are cafe bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket for those emergency items. A large commercial shopping centre (Porto Pi) is only 5 minutes away in car.

Areas of interest very close to the apartment include:

Bellver castle and park with its impressive view of the bay of Palma and the city itself.

The waterfront provides cycle pathways to the city center only 10 minutes away and beyond that cycling east past the cathedral you can cycle at you leisure passing numerous bars and restaurants at Molinar, Portixol and onto the beaches at Playa de Palma and S´Arenal. Going west you past the marina of Club de Mar and then onto the Kings Residence at Marivent only 10 minutes away. 5 minutes further on and you are at the beach Cala Mayor. Further on you can reach Illetas beaches and then continue should you wish to Puerto Portals port and marina.

Great appartement

We had a grat stay in this appartement. Nice and clean. Beautyful view. Close to nice restaurants, and very simple with the busstop just a two minutes walk from the appartement, either you wantet in to the city or the other way out to the beaches. A bit noise from the streets, but we got use to it. Tony and Maria was the best hostes. Thanks a lot from both of us.

Brilliant apartment - best location

Mari and Tony were fantastic. The apartment was wonderful with fantastic views. Location is perfect if your driving or not as the public transport is outside. Chill out on the settee or veranda and watch the yatchs and super-cruises. Loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance. My wife and I had a great time and are looking forward to renting their other property a luvly villa with our family this July. Thank you both....

Perfect apartment for our stay in Mallorca

From the first contact to Tony and Maria until our last day it was a great stay. They gave us TOP-tips for visiting the island, told us where to eat or to go shopping and gave us good and comprehensible answer to many answers we had. The apartment is well equipped, we missed nothing. The washing machine as well as the refrigerator are new. Everything worked fine.The view from the balcony on the bay and the harbour is awesome. The pictures show exactly like the apartment is. It was no problem for us, to find a place for our rental car, even on weekends. In germany we are living in a street with very low traffic, but the traffic noise there in palma was not disruptiv for us, we slept really well. The oranges Maria gave us on our first day, were the best we ever had!! In case of any problems or questions we could communicate per WhatsApp, so it was easy to change our time of departure because the answered very quickly and confirmed it again one day before.

Because of all this points and no negative experience we would therefore recommend this apartment.

excellent apartment in lovely location

we have just returned from a wonderful weeks holiday in this lovely comfortable apartment. Everything was first class and all our needs were well met. The apartment was bright, clean, well furnished and well maintained. Situated across from the marina we had great views from the balcony. Tony met us on arrival and gave us plenty of information about the area and made us very welcome. The beautiful city centre of Palma is just a short walk away and we spent every day enjoying everything Palma has to offer. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to friends and family without any hesitation.

Gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick in guter Lage, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Bushaltestellen und Geschäfte/Lokale sind in der Nähe, zu Fuß ist man in ca 20 min im Zentrum (die man gerne auf der schönen Hafenpromenade geht). Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist sehr schön, mit Glück kann man sogar Delfine springen sehen. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an unkompliziert, Tony und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hiflsbereit, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und falls ich wieder mal in Palma Urlaub mache, weiß ich schon wo ich wohnen werde.

There are a vast number of must see and go places within the close proximity of the apartment.

Just behind the apartment is Bellver castle and park with its surperb views of the bay of Palma and the city itself.

The waterfront and its cycle routes take you along the front to the local beaches or into the city center.

Popular eating districts such as Santa Catalina and La Lonja are great for trying out tapas, local and international meals.

The Buluvard museum as well as the historic Gothic/Arab quarters close to the old town and the cathedral are a must.

The waterfront is a popular place to go out in the evening for a drink or dance into the early hours of the morning with its numerous bars and clubs.

A short bus trip to Plaza España and you can hop onto the oldest electric train in Spain to Soller which is a great day out. You can also catch many buses to other destinations of the island.

The fresh fish markets at Santa Catalina and Plaza Olivar provide not just markets stalls but have become popular places to have tapas.

Although the apartment is located along the `Paseo Maritimo´ Palma waterfront, it also provides easy hassle free access to numerous local beaches such as Cala Mayor, Illetas or Playa de Pere Antoni which can all be reached by car/bus or cycle and are within 2-5 km from base.

All in all the apartment offers a fantastic location for holiday makers to get a real free for the island, have plenty to do and experience something positively unique.
