This condo looks down the 8th fairway of Hammock Bay golf course. It is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom with a screened lanai, very private corner unit on the 2nd floor. Sit on the lanai and watch the golfers pass almost right below on the cart path or critique their swing as they move towards the green.

The unit has been furnished with care as this is intended to be 'home away from home'. It is complete with linens, bath towels, beach/pool towels, kitchen dishes and utensils. Cooking pots and baking pans are at the ready although eating out is often the best part of a vacation. The refrigerator, washer and dryer were new in January 2015.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and large closets. Access to the guest bathroom is from the hallway.

Along the hall, which joins the living room to the bedrooms, are the large utility room for luggage storage on one side and the laundry room on the other side.

Tropic Schooner is a small complex near the end of Mainsail Drive. Residents and guests enjoy many social activities, i.e., organized card games, the regular Friday late afternoon gathering, as well as tennis, bocce, 2 pools and BBQ facilities. The clubhouse has a well-stocked library.

Mainsail Drive is a quiet street for walking, cycling or just strolling to enjoy the warm weather. Marco Island, known for the great selection of restaurants and shopping, is just across the bridge. Downtown Naples is about 15-20 minutes away.

Golf privileges are not part of this complex. However, there are many courses in the surrounding area for those wishing to play.
