La Petite Savoyarde has been completely restored recently. It is located close to the center of Chamonix but in a protected and particularly quiet place. The apartment is located on the first floor south side with White Mount breathtaking views and Chamonix needles to Dru and the Aiguille Verte. Furnished and equipped with great care, he kept a Savoyard atmosphere. Practice, it will bring you great comfort and ensure you a pleasant holiday and relax on the balcony. You will discover a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, wireless equipment and phone contacts with the outside. Private parking and a detached garage are available. Shops, cinema, cafes, restaurants and casino are a two minute walk from Little Savoyard.

Great location, great flat

Flat is well equipped, close to the lifts. It's a short walk to the Brevent lift (although uphill) and also a short walk to the village. The flat is very clean and has everything you need. Great place! Alain is very easy to communicate with and was a great host!

TOUT EST SUPER!!!!!

Tout est parfait: accueil ,décoration, ,aménagement, propreté, confort, emplacement...Tout est là pour rendre le séjour plus qu'agréable aux skieurs et non skieurs et pour se sentir chouchouté. Quel plaisir d'avoir tout le linge de maison fourni, les petits savons , les lits faits, le bois mis dans la cheminée pour la 1ère veillée au coin du feu et quel bonheur de ne pas avoir à faire le ménage le jour du départ.

Just 200 meters from the town center, Petite Savoyarde is just behind the Majestic and adjoins the Groupe Scolaire. It is reached by a private road protected by a barrier controlled by a pass. A few steps from the ski lifts of the Brevent or buses leading to other tracks, a private garage also makes for great freedom; private garage and closed, private parking frees you from worry. With openings on the south and west, the apartment enjoys sunshine throughout the day. A telescope to track the progression from the balcony of the amount roped climbing Mont Blanc or needles.

All entertainment are within walking distance.

Geneva is 80 km, Megève 30km, and Gianada Museum in Martigny 40 km

Behind the door are recessed a washing machine and a clothes dryer with a Plateau pulling for laundry. An electric hair dryer is attached to the wall near the sinks. A bathroom with a sink and a comfortable shower allows not having to wait for the bathroom to be free. A complete WC installation. Bath towels, bath mats, soap are provided.

The second bedroom has a double bed topped with a single bed and a large wardrobe closet, offering views of the Brevent at the back of the house. In the living room an original electric drop down double bed in a place that can be easily isolated by a curtain allows two additional beds. A large living room with fireplace, opening onto a balcony, with its dining area offers all the comfort you expect: TV, stereo, DVD player and games. In the entry, you can leave your shoes in a double closet with two boot dryer will dry your shoes after a day outdoors. Your skis will find their place in an individual locker fitted on the ground floor. Once in the apartment, you can drop your low shoes and retrieve your slippers in the closet for this purpose. An original mirror, whistling marmots welcome you and you can hang your clothes in a closet.
