Hustyn Gate is a three hundred year old farmhouse, set in beautiful gardens, very suitable for family gatherings. It has six bedrooms, one being a fairly small single room. One bedroom has an ensuite facility with shower, WC and large bath. On the first floor there is a further shower and WC and a bathroom with bath, basin and WC.

On the ground floor there are two reception rooms, dinning room, entrance hall, kitchen/breakfast room with AGA and a connecting utility room with electric cooker. There is also a wet room with WC.

The house is situated within 2 acres of gardens (mainly lawns) with a large summerhouse which houses a full size table tennis table. Adjacent to the summerhouse is the BBQ area.

Fantastic property in beautiful grounds!

Just got back from a wonderful family holiday at Hustyn Gate. The house was very clean with every need catered for, the beds were extremely comfortable and the dining spaces inside and out were fantastic. We made use of the BBQ, the summerhouse (particularly for table-tennis) and our border collie was in seventh heaven in the enormous gardens. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home from home.

The best holiday ever!

I cannot recommend this house enough. Rest assured that you WILL NOT be disappointed! The house is stunning, and as we drove up to the house, all the adults turned into big kids, all rushing around, desperate to see everything. The house is fantastically well equipped. With a kitchen to die for! The house has everything in it that you could ever desire.

The house was clean, and clearly well loved and looked after. The bedrooms are all really spacious, we were a group of 9 adults and 5 children. There was never a feeling of being on top of each other, with a smaller lounge (with TV) that suited the kids (or the big kids - the boys) when they wanted to play games etc.

The bathrooms are spacious, with a wet room and en suite so no queuing!

The outside space was FANTASTIC!! Soooo much space to roam around for the kids, yo play sports and generally roam, but it felt safe to let them do so. BUT a sneaky little area for the adults at the top of the garden where the BBQ area is, was our favourite, plenty of time drinking wine up there!!

I'm not sure the pictures or any review can do this house justice. If you are 'umming and arrring' about this house or another, make it this one, you won't be disappointed, you will love it. Country living at its finest, with the hotel next door that you can walk to should you fancy a night off from cooking, and within a 5 minute drive to Wadebridge!

We really LOVED this house, and it would be at the top of our list when re booking in Cornwall.

Perfect !

Thoughtfully and traditionally modernised cottages.

Well equipped with several neat bathrooms and ensuite.

Lovely large patio for sunny breakfasts.

Some low ceiling that you would expect from a property of this period.

Full of character and charm.

Check out the very local Hustyn Coppice - great for walking with dogs,mountain bikes & running ... a little gem.

Highly recommended.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Traumhaus verbracht und fühlten uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Riesen großes Grundstück mit mehr als ausreichend Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, gemütliches Gartenhäuschen mit Grill Ecke.
